My iPhone is blocked in that I can not either "buy" or "cancel" the purchase of my next song because there is no response when the "confirmation required" is tapped in.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart the device.
Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off. After it is off, press the power button to turn it back on.

Downloaded iBooks on my Macbook Pro but when I tried to sync it on my iPhone, this appeared: "Are you sure you want to sync books? All existing songs, movies and TV shows on the iPhone “My iPhone” will be removed". Love the iBooks as well as music. I really don't want to loose my music. HELP!!!
From the message you are receiving, it sounds like you either, 1) haven't synced your iPhone with that computer before, 2) are using two different iTunes accounts, or 3) both. If you have purchased music or movies through your iPhone with a certain iTunes account and purchased books through iBooks on your MacBook through a different iTunes account then there is no having both on the phone.
Apple doesn't allow content from two different accounts on a device at the same time. Also if two "libraries" have been created, one on the iPhone and one on the Macbook then syncing will erase data that is not associated with that particular library.
If you are using the same iTunes account for both, then you should be able to redownload any purchased items (music, books, etc.) from iCloud, assuming you have set that up.

My Macbook starts up, shows the screen saver, then immediately goes to sleep. I tap the spacebar, it comes back for a second, shows the tool bar and the hard drive icon then immediately "goes to sleep". This can go on forever, on, sleep, on, sleep. I can only see the screen for maybe 3-5 seconds; not enough time to do anything. Someone did step on it, so I don't know if the problem is with screen or ??

This sounds like screen curtain may be enabled. Screen curtain is a feature that allows display privacy. To disable screen curtain while VoiceOver is enabled, you can three finger triple tap the screen to disable this feature. You may need to press the home button once in order to process these steps. Hey everyone
With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
This is what I have already tried to make it work:
Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
restarted iPhone several times
scratched my head
checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
chewed my lip
finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
Any ideas?

iTunes won't let me buy anything with the remaining credit on my account. I have $1.02 and want to buy an in-app purchase, but everytime I try it says I don't have enough money on there. It only costs $.99 and I want to know why it won't let me.
If you are in the US then you quite possibly have to add your state's sales tax onto the listed price.

Im trying to sync my new imac with my ipads and iphones, I have alot of music on my devices and when I plug them in to the new imac i get a message that states this devise is paired to another computer (my opd PC ) When I logged into Itunes it uploaded my music the I had purchased in the past , But for the music that was burned from CDs it doesn't. While it isn't as easy to just use a Mac iDevice as media storage as Android and Windows, you can add documents and such like Word, PDF and others manually in iTunes to have them sync as well.

Can I edit the "purchased" playlist to track songs from Amazon?
My smart playlist for "purchased" songs is set to track "purchased AAC" or "protected AAC." This picks up everything from Itunes but nothing purchased from Amazon. Is there a way to edit to retrieve those tracks as well?

Correct. Music from Amazon is not DRM-protected so iTunes sees it no differently from any other DRM-free media file. Music you purchase from the iTunes Store is in a specific format, protected AAC, so you can filter than content. -

1: Your cellular provider offers a data tethering option.
2: You have subscribed to this option.

My iphone 3gs will no longer let me try passcodes and it only says "Iphone is disabled connect to itunes" well, when I connect it to my laptop, itunes says "could not connect to phone because it is locked with a passcode. you must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes" Please help!!!
