all these not working properly , sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not, I tried to restart the phone many times but I didn't fix the problem

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

I can't open the PDF for the free install since both my emails did not come with a password. Did anyone else have this problem???

I purchased 2 new Macs, 1 a Mac Air 13" loaded and an iMac for my wife. I received 2 sets of emails, one with the code and the other with the PDF. When I tried to install last night, I would open the PDF and it asked for a password. I checked both sets of emails, which Aopple sent me 2 sets 3 days apart, and neither one had anything looking like a password. I called Apple Care and they said that it was on the sheet under the Thank hyou from Apple...NOT! She then said they would resend the emails again and hopefully have the password this time. Has anyone had this issue??????

Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

Hi Min! I'm having exactly the same issue - have been putting up with it now for months but have finally had enough! Every single time i eject either my iphone, ipad or ipod nano, itunes freezes up, the computer becomes unresponsive. Usually i can use the mouse to highlight icons but the system doesn't respond, the keyboard doesn't work and I have to do a hard reset.
Arrrrrggggggh!!!!!!! lol

i am facing a problem with calculation of billing amount,late/delayed payment surcharge(DPS),and arrear.the problem is there is no any particular field in DFKKOP table where the value against these fields are stored and rest 2 fields value DPS AND ARREAR comes from FPL9 SAP IS-U standard report ,it comes calculated from there and directly print on bill from script.can any body tell me is there any way to find out the value of DPS/ARREAR through FPL9 or by bill.all the fields are required in report.the billed amount is in DFKKOP-BETRW.

2.FPL9 is having entries against many heads(clearing reasons) around 35 through which the ARREAR is calculated how to identify which head is useful for ARREAR calculation.
3.DFKKOP table having HVORG/TVORG/AUGRD fields these fields having entries against amount field but no field is maintained for arrear it's calculated value through HVORG/TVORG/AUGRD combination.,can u help me in identifying which combination is used for arrear calculation.

Ok, Ive had no problems with iTunes up until now, when I borrowed a friend's Green Day CD, and I burned the 13 songs on it onto my computer (but not through iTunes). I can listen to them perfectly fine on WMP and other ones, but I cant on iTunes, and I cant put them into my library. The format that they have is .mp3, but they just wont seem to go into the library. In fact, theyre the ONLY songs that I cant put into my library. Theyre not protected (at least, I dont think they are), so I cant see what the problem is.
Could somebody tell me whats going wrong with it?

if you make a cd yourself of the tracks using WMP or another media player, then use iTunes to import the tracks from the cd you just burned, that should work. otherwise, you'll have to borrow the cd again and use iTunes to import it into your iTunes library. hope that helps

You never even do anything that tries to set "win" to true. So you haven't even tried determining a winner. We aren't here to do your work for you.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

Same thing happened to me today. I wasn't even using the phone for the past 6 hours and suddenly I can't connect to the internet, none of my internet apps would work - nothing. I tried to call AT&T from the iphone and it locked up - couldn't turn it off, change to the home screen - nada - brick.
Did the Home/Power button thing and that worked but this I've only had this phone for about 4 weeks and it's locked up more times than my 3GS did the whole two years I had it! Ridiculous

Make sure Java is enable in your browser's security settings.
Open Java Preferences (in Utilities folder)
Make sure Web-start applications are enabled.
Drag Java 32-bit to the top of the list.
jnlp isn't an audio file format. It's just a java web-start program (Java Network Launching Protocol).
