My iphone is locked to my apple id, but im Not receiving the email to reset my password.
I tried to recover my iphone's software, now its locked to my apple id, but I've been requesting to reset my password for the last 2 weeks, and i still didn't receive any email from apple. And my country doesn't have apple care, what should i do ?
If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well ?

My Mother, over the weekend, managed to get her account locked after misstyping her email multiple times. This is not the first time this has happened, so she went through the process of trying to change her password, via getting an email sent to her from Apple. If you read the title of the thread, you'd see my problem. Here we are, 4 days later, and we've yet to receive an email from Apple allowing us to change her password.
I've applied for Apple to send us the email so we can reset her password multiple times, not counting how many times she tried over the weekend as she was out. I'd like to know why we're not receiving this email, because we've had to go through this process before, and it's gone without a hitch.Welcome to the Apple Community.

I have asked for your email address to be edited out. Post your address in an open thread is a sure way to be bombarded by unwanted email, remember it will be here long after you have resolved your problem, for automated detection software to find.
If you want people to contact you, enable others to see your email address in your profile.
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. -
I Am trying to set up a new AppleID but it tells me the email address I wish to use as the ID is in use. It was the rescue address for another account but I have deleted that. What do I need to do to get it to recognise the email address as a new one. I cannot set up iCloud without an ID
Email addresses can only ever be used once in an Apple ID. They cannot be deleted from one Apple ID and moved to another.

I recently updated my iTunes to the latest version; however, when I go to purchase songs now, it says I need to verify my apple ID. It tells me to click OK to follow the instructions on how to do so. When I click OK, it says an email has been sent to my email address associated with my iTunes account that will hold a link that will aid in the creating of my apple ID, but I already have one, and just need to update it. And to add to this, I have not yet received the email, and it has been a few days now... any help?

Recently I lost my iphone and the only way to locate it is to use the icloud & I forgot my email password/security questions. So the thing is that I clicked reset password (where they send you an email) and I waited all day to receive it yet none has been sent to me. I've looked through my spam folder. Still no email! Apple can't find it for you. You have to go to icloud.com on a computer and sign into the iCloud account that was used on the phone, then see if you can track it as described here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f2442. If you don't know the password for your iCloud account you won't be able to sign in to track it.
If it was stolen, contact the police and your carrier, and change your passwords. -
