My iphone is lost on Monday 24th February in Taxi in Kathmandu nepal, is there any suggestion/idea/way to find the one?pls help me, i cannot afford the loss of my iphone and data..

The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords, especially your Apple ID/iCloud password NOW!
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be re-activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored.

Unless you set up "Find my iPhone" before it was lost (the fact that you ask the question is sufficient clue that you didn't do this), there is no means of finding it except by looking for it or phoning it and listening for it.

If you activated the Find My iPhone service (in Settings>icloud), and if the device's batteries still have a charge, the device is not turned off and has not been reset and is connected to the net, then you can try to track it. Using a computer's browser, log into icloud.com and look at the Find My iPhone page. Or - on a device, invoke the Find My iPhone app and log into the icloud account. Note: The Find My iPhone **app** does not turn on the service, you can only do that through Settings>icloud.
If the device is listed as "offline", then one of the requirements listed above is not met (like being connected to wifi, or if the device was stolen and the thief reset it).

If you turned on Find My iPhone on your phone before it was lost you can to to icloud.com on your computer, sing into your iCloud account, tap the green radar icon (which is Find My iPhone). If it's connected to the internet the location will be displayed on the map and you can remote lock it, remote wipe, send a message to it, etc. See Find My iPhone here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/.
If you didn't enable Find My iPhone before it was lost, there is no way to track it.

Look at the receipt from the Apple store (or wherever you bought it).
Look at the box it came in.
That's the limit of the options if you didn't record the serial number.

You need to contact your cell phone carrier to report your iPhone as lost or stolen so your carrier can deactivate the iPhone. If your carrier provides a blacklist for a cell phone's IMEI number that is reported as lost or stolen to prevent the phone from being activated by someone else, request this also with your carrier.
If you used the iPhone's Passcode Lock feature, the data on your iPhone is safe.
If not, it all data on your iPhone can be accessed by someone else and there is nothing that can be done about that. If so, change the password for every email account you were accessing with the iPhone's Mail app.

If you set up the Find My iPhone service prior to your iPhone going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked or locked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPhone is turned on, connected to either the 3G or a WiFi network, or has not had the Find My iPhone service disabled or the iPhone been completely restored. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. If you did not set up Find My iPhone, check with your cell carrier. Some carriers offer their own tracking service, though you usually have to sign up when you still have the phone and have to pay for the service.
If your carrier does not offer such a service and you did not set up Find My iPhone, then there is no way to track the unit nor remotely affect it. Notify the police and your cell carrier, and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPhone (the iTunes Store, for instance).

Unless you had Find My iPhone enabled on it then there isn't any way to try and locate it. If you did have it enabled then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another iOS device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it (it should be harder to disable if you had iOS 7 on it as your tagline suggests).
You've reported it to the police ? You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and contact your carrier.
(For future info typing all in capitals is considered shouting, and may mean that people are less likely to reply.)
