My iPhone is not working anymore with iTunes

I have installed again iTunes on my pc ( Windows 7) after having some problems with it, but now it's not working with my iPhone 4S. It says: impossible to use iPhone as the necessary software is not installed. I don't know what to do. Please help. I am really afraid to loose all my iPhone data

Iphone does not sync ringtone with itunes

My iphone 4 does not sync ringtone with itunes. I created a new ringtone in itunes ( file.m4r) , tagged it and started syncing with my iphone, but the new ringtone does not show among the ringtones in my iphone

Now it works, don't know how, but iot works, since I changed into sync manually started a sync process unsuccessfully and get back to re-sync automatically.
Used sync all ring tones instead of sync selected ones, but I tried this before and it did not work.
Very strange, should have been this change, otherwise I really dont't know why it works now and not before

Autologin not working anymore with systemd, xfce, slim

I recently upgraded my system to a full systemd setup and since then autologin to xfce with slim does not work anymore.
I was previously running a systemd/initscripts system (updated to 31/07/2012) and things were working fine. Upon updating to current, autologin stopped working. Instead I am presented with the slim login screen. Once I put my username and password in xfce starts as normal.
I searched these forums and others to find a solution but have not been successful so far.

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4 and later.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold(user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default or changed via the right-click context menu.

IPhone 4 not syncing automatically with iTunes

Hi everyone,
my old iPhone (original 2G) was syncing automatically when I opened iTunes. This does not work with my new iPhone 4. I have to hit the Sync button in the lower right manually. Did I miss a setting somewhere?
I am not talking about automatically opening iTunes when the iPhone is connected!

Iphone 5 not working and giving itunes connect logo

I just bought iphone 5 2 days before from a local shop here , yesterday it was working fine specially that i just was installing apps on it but when i woke up today morning it was switched off I was thinking the battery was dead but I was little confused because i remember that it was having charge already.
anyway when i connect it still not working only giving me apple logo going and coming then it giving itunes connect logo when i just try to open
didn't work in the computer so i just uninstall itunes and re install it. it gave me that the iphone need to be restored and staying more than an hour and nothing happened then i am just trying again now and still waiting ....
I want to know why this happened and what it means ? does it mean that the iphone not good and better to give it back to the shop ??
please any one help me because I am really angry it stayed only one day with me specially that I bought it when my previous iphone had been stolen even

iOS info is in the Settings>About section of the phone. iTunes info is in Help>About. What version of the iPhone are you using? However that version of Outlook is not supported anymore. That would probably answer your question.

LMMS not working anymore with my MIDI keyboard

I used to play to my MIDI keyboard with LMMS, but I don't know why, it doesn't seem to work anymore.
I looked at the the preferences box, and something shocked me:
I can't put "ALSA" in the MIDI Interface section, and if I launch lmms in a terminal I got that too:

Iphone 3GS - OS 4.0
Prior to the OS 4.0 upgrade my blue tooth phone book access, blue tooth music access, hands free phone use, was just fine....pretty much in both vehicles my iPhone 3.1.2 worked just fine....
Now with the OS 4.0 - Not so much. My iPhone will only connect the hands free phone component with either of my car's stereos. I can not get either vehicle to accept an Stereo Audio Blue Tooth connection so I can listen to my music and control it from my iPhone.
On top of that prior to the upgraded OS I had an iPod/iPhone connection cable in my Jetta and it worked fine in the past. (At times I would use it instead of Blue Tooth because I would charge my iPhone using the adapter) Now my stereo will work for for a few minutes but eventually locks up and will not allow me to switch between artists, albums, playlists, etc...it will only let me continue to listen the current selection of music. Now I get a message on my iPhone that says this device may not be supported...it never had an issue in the past.
So I feel that most people are coming to the same consensus that the new OS has altered something in the blue tooth handshake/coding....I have already read a few of the "Apple does no wrong postings..." please don't respond...your opinions are obviously biased because Apple is far from perfect...and you input rarely does anything to help. As for anyone else who has some ideas - other than downgrade you OS, I would appreciate hearing something.

IPhone 5 not working properly with USB interface in Honda Accord.

The iPhone 5 seems not to work properly with the USB interface in my 2012 Honda Accord. It says I have 500 songs when I only have 430, it skips over songs and freezes during play.

I actually have a different problem. I am unable to play Pandora through my USB connection in my 2012 Honda Accord SE with my iPhone 5. I can't get map directions through my speakers or any sounds at all. Any idea if a fix will be available?

HT1218 router will not work anymore with new update- how do I fix this?

I just updated to the current software and now I have no connection. I have tried to reset the airport extreme but I cannot get it to recognize my laptop, Ipad2 and iphone. I have earthlink as my internet provider. I have talked with them, but they could not help. I think that some of the numerical addresses are messed up. My computer works fine at work on a different airport extreme- so I know that it is not a problem with my laptop.

That is because Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase or download it. So you will have to use your old apple id and password to update the app.
You can try deleting the app and then downloading it with your new id - not 100% sure this will work.

Help, my Iphone is not working anymore

A few hours ago I connected my Iphone wiht my computer and Itunes suggested a newer version. So I clicked <yes>...
After the downloading, Itunes prepared my phone to install( I was during other stuff on my computer so don't know the details).
The next time I looked at my phone there is just an USB cable and Itunes on my phone (connect to Itunes).
So I tried this and my computer does not recognise the Iphone and ask to insert the recovery cd, what I don't have.
And I have no idea where to find it... I have tried allmost everything... and I want my phone to work...
