My iphone is turned off only
I bought my iphone three months ago but has a problem which is that the iphone itself off and turns back on not only if more power is pressed home. tried everything to fix it and I have to refresh the current ios recommending me I can do?

It sounds like you are unable to turn on your device and use it anymore. I would put the device into Recovery Mode and restore it, and see if that gets it going again.

I have a US iPhone and I am in the UK, I had a problem with the battery and got it replaced in a UK Apple store but then I start having a shut down and reboot ...when I called the customer service they said we can't give the UK options since it is a US product!! And that I have to visit one of their stores to get it either repaired or replaced !!!so, is there a possibility to get it replaced in the UK?

IPhone 3G turns off every few minutes with new OS

Apologies for not introducing myself in advance but I just want to get this issue fixed. I upgraded my iPhone to OS 4 and now the main issue is that when it is not plugged in it will just turn off after a few minutes of being idle. If I actually use it (i.e. keep the screen on) it won't turn off - its only a minute or two after the screen turns off that the iPhone actually turns off. I suspect this is a crash because I have to hold down the Power Button and Home Button in order to get it working again.
However, if its plugged in it won't turn off! How useful! I've read over some topics (and still am reading them, thanks for all the help) but I'm not getting anywhere. I've deleted the ipsw file and re-downloaded it to no avail and am considering trying a new user account on Windows 7.
Are other people having this issue? I was going to upgrade to the newest iPhone and give this to my little sister, but I don't think I'll upgrade now. She's rather upset about this.

Discopanda.Make a backup, if possible. Restore it as new, if possible. If issue persists, or you are unable to do either of those previous steps, consult Apple.

Have itunes open and your USB cord plugged in BUT NOT to your iphone. Hold down the home button on your iphone and while you hold it down, plug it into the cord and keep holding on to the button until the apple logo comes up. Once it does, you will need to restore your iphone but at least you will be able to use it again. -
My iphone suddenly turned off and is not turning on only when i plug in the charger... i tried getting it into recovery mode to restore it i get an error message of an "unknown error 3014" and that it can't be restored. I updated it to 7.1 not long ago and it was working perfectly. What do you think is the problem? And is there any solutions to this?

Check the hosts file or TCP/IP filtering, which might cause communication issues between iTunes, ports, and servers.

My iphone has turned off and is now not working. I plugged it into my computer and it said it was in recovery mode and i had to restore it to fix it. Is there any way i can fix this problem without loosing all my files and photos through restoring it?
There's only one thing you can do: make an appointment with Apple genius at the Apple retail store for a out of warranty replacement.

My iphone 4s turns off and restarts itself a few seconds or minutes after when I establish a FaceTime call. I've tried "Restore iPhone" from iTunes but the same thing keeps happening. Any solution?
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Also, if this only happens with one Wi-Fi network, power cycle that Wi-Fi router.

But when the system star I see the date on my phone was December 31, 1969. 16:00Hr
I can change it, no automatic no manual change. Only accept Dec 31 1969.
I restore Factory setting via iTunes and then I restore the LAST BACKUP and my Iphone it's OK.
Anybody know WHAT HAPPEN?? A virus or Intrusion.Most likely faulty battery. Make Genius Appointment and take iPhone to Apple, battery diagnostic test by Genius takes less than 5 minutes.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart.. Reset.. Restore from Backup... Restore as New...
Restarting your device

IPhone 5 turns off and wont turn on

my 5-day old iphone 5 turns off after couple of hours without use (at nights). So every day since I got it it turns off automaticly. The only way to turn it on is to press the home+power button (soft reset). I got the newest iOS.
Is there anything I can do or should I just get it back to the store?If the button doesn't work there is no other solution. Does anyone have the safe problem with their iPhones randomly turning off...and having to plug it into the wall, or hold the reset buttons to turn it back on.
Try squeezing the phone right next to the vibrate/silence switch. Squeezing the glass to plastic in that upper left corner. Mine had a "loose connection" and the phone would just go dead. The "genius" squeezed right there and knew exactly what was wrong. He replaced it no charge, and it was about a week out of warranty. I asked him if it was common and he said, "no." I have to believe it is common. He didn't even finish listening to me and squeezed the phone and duplicated the problem. The replacement only has a 90 day warranty and is not eligible for applecare. At least I have a phone that works now...
