My iPhone locked up after loading iOS 7.0.2 and it will not reset using the home key / on-off button reset. The screen returns to and iTunes icon and a 'cord' end that looks like the end of the power cord.

I attempted to upgrade my iPhone 4 to ios 7 and now the phone is frozen. All I get is a logo of a lightning connector and iTunes on the screen (which is not helpful since the iPhone 4 didn't use a lightning connector). If you are having issues with your Apple ID and password after a recent update, you may need to manually sign out and sign back in to your Apple ID on your device. You may find the following article helpful:

iCloud back ups can only be accessed via wi-fi that's why you are not granted this option, I have the exact same issue.

delete mailbox - how else do you propose to do that. Unless by "deleting mailbox" you mean something else.

Itunes Locks seconds after loading

Recently my itunes has started to lock just after loading, it opens then begins to check the podcasts then locks, i can do nothing after that point apart from close it from the task manager. i have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled it but still nothing, it does it regardless of having the ipod connected.

Videos app gone after loading ios 5

After loading the ios 5 the apple video app is gone. Has anyone else had this problem? IOS 5 worked fine on my iPad, I see the video app.

There was no Video app for the iPhone prior to iOS 5.
Have you checked within every folder on every home screen?
How many full home screens of folders and apps do you have?
Have you tried a spotlight search for the new Videos app?

If you are experiencing performance issues after upgrading to iOS 7, follow these steps:
If you have not already, I recommend first restarting, and then resetting your iPhone:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

My iPhone 5 died after the iOS 6.1.2 update

I updated my Iphone 5 to the new iOs 6.1.2 last Thursday and ever since, the battery drains within a few hours without me even using it. Last night it got to the point where it wouldn't even charge anymore and now I am stuck with a dead iPhone 5. Before it died I tried to do a reset and everything to try and fix the problem. I know other people have the battery drain issue, but did anyone else's iPhone just competely die and won't charge anymore either? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I also forgot to mention that when it did have power, it wouldn't let me shut it off to try and conserve the battery life. Right when it powered down it would power right back up.
