My iphone says i'm not subscribed to icloud, but i am on my macbookpro
Using my computer, I transitioned to iCloud last night. When it confirmed my e-mail address, it showed both my @mac.com and @me.com addresses. Now when I try to turn on iCloud on my phone, it tells me I'm not subscribed. Help!

My IPhone 5 will not recognize that I have an Itunes Match account. When I try to turn the Itunes Match button on in settings I get a mesage saying I am not subscribed to ITunes Match. This does not happen with my Ipad. Any Ideas what to do?

I tried everything in your reply,,, thank you again,, I had done that once before and all was working great,,
I have just now tried the Reinstall via iTunes, about 20 into the download, the iTunes logo on the phone disappeared, and the Apple Logo appeared again,,, I waited until the iTunes stated that the download had finished, and the install was in progress,,,
Nothing happened, still the Apple Logo was visual on the screen, iTunes never recognised the phone which it was on my iTunes account previously,,,
Still just a bunch of lines, maybe 5 or 6 so small writing,, I personally can not read what it is telling me, someone said it reads, incorrect shutdown,,,????????
Please advise,???

I just updated my iphone 4 to 5.0.1 and yet i encounter a problem which is that i cannot get to the internet while it always says : you are not subscribed to the cellular data, or it's not been activated. Please help me my carrier is AT
Check to make sure cellular data is not disabled in settings. If it's on, try re-setting the phone. If that doesn't fix it, call AT&T.

It may be that the Apple ID signed in on your devices do not match the Apple ID used to purchase iTunes Match.

ITunes Match says I am not subscribed.
iTunes Match says I am not subscribed when I try to enable my iPad and wifes's new iPhone 4s. My new iPhone 4s works perfectly with iTunes Match. All these devices share the same iCloud account. What gives? I AM subscribed!

My iphone 4s keeps saying it does not have enough icloud storage and icloud cannot be backed up. When I go to icloud Storage & Backup in my settings, it says that I have 5.0 GB total and 5.0 GB available. The only thing I have selected, at this point, to be backed up are my contacts and the Find My iPhone app. Why does it always say I have no icloud storage available when I have ALL of the icloud storage available?!
It says that my next backup size is 7.3 GB, but I have no idea why, because the only thing selected is the Find iPhone app, which takes up 0.2 KB...How do I get rid of whatever it THINKS it's backing up?

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -

Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
Restart your iOS device.
Delete the affected email account from your device.
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Choose the affected email account, then tap Delete Account.
Add your account again.

Check the cleanliness of your docking port: if necessary, clean it out with a dry toothbrush and/or canned air. Carefully. Don't mess up those contacts.

Fox News HD??? Says I'm not subscribed!
All of a sudden...we watch this channel every day. We had it on this morning. Now, this evening, all of our TVs say we're not subscribed. Of course, the offices are closed so I can't speak to anyone.

When I called I was told it was an "outage" of some channels, it lasted about 5 hours and by 9:30 PM Wednesday all the channels had returned.
It was a technical issue on Verizon's part.
The thing is, that nobody told technical support, only after 30 minutes or reseting the STB's, the cablecards, etc... did billing tell tech it was an outage issue of some channels and it was being worked on.
2 observations:
1. The right hand needs to talk to the left at Verizon.
2. The automated system used by Verizon is the most atrocious and unreliable system implemented by mankind, it constantly transfered me to the wrong department or just hung up on me. After 4 tries I finally got to a human being, who was of course in the department I had NOT chosen.

it already marked on my credit card. when i log in my itunes on pc, it is already subscribed but when i turn on the itunes match on my iphone 4s and 5, it says that i need to subscribe itunes match via itunes on my pc. which i already didYou need to be signed into the mobile iTunes Store with the same Apple ID used to purchase iTunes Match. On the iPad go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID. Tap sign out. Then sign in with the correct Apple ID and you should be able to enable iTM on the iPad.
