iPhoto will not quit, nor will it allow my Macbook Pro to shut down because it thinks it is importing photos. There are none left to imort. I have tried turning off My Photostream, then turning it on again, and have watched all the pictures arrive, but it is still stuck on the same message. If you are in the UK, and the film studio allows re-downloading, and you are signed in with the same account that you bought them with, then they might show under the Purchased link under Quinklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading - if they don't show then check to see if they are hidden (hiding and unhiding).
But you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup of your downloads and noy rely on being able to re-download any item as they are occasionally removed from the store by the content provider (film studio, tv company, record company etc).

The Storage space its referring to is on iCloud. How much iCloud space is left, and how much space is your iPhone using?

How old are the various devices? It could be possible for you to have configured a very new AirPort Extreme in a way that older iPhones and iPads could not access. For example, could you have set up the Extreme to use only 801.11n and 5GHz?

If you have a proper Invoice for the device that is locked Apple may give you a replacement for that but they will charge you a Nominal Fee for that. And the best option is as said above to contact the previous owner and ask him to erase and remove the device from his iCloud account.

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Check the eBay listing. Did it state the device was Activation Locked? If not, then make a claim as Meg stated and get a refund. You will not be able to activate the phone and no one can help you contact the owner, unless that is the person that sold the device. If they cannot remove the phone from their account because it is not theirs, then refund is your route. Even Apple cannot assist with locating the previous owner.

Just reboot your laptop... While its rebooting try to reboot your phone also by holding the home and power buttonn for 10-15 seconds...When your phone is turned off try to connect it to iTunes and it will recognize your phone in recovery mode.
If you have the .ipsw file for iOS 7.0.6 saved in your desktop then in itunes press shift and click on Restore.
Select the ipsw file and let it restore.
If you dont have it downloaded then simply click on restore.
