my iphone is shuts down before 8 hours ago and i cant restart it i dont know why , its high battery , can you help me please ?
If you didn't see anything at all your phone has defective hardware. Connect to the charger again, and while connected hold both buttons. If the phone comes back on, but goes off when you disconnect the charger, you have a bad battery. If it doesn't come on at all you have a hardware failure of the phone. If you see any instructions on the screen, such as an image of a phone connecting to iTunes, follow them; your phone may need to be restored.

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes it may turn ON itself. If still OFF, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.

Your only option is to connect your iPhone to your computer via USB (as the diagram indicates) and restore using iTunes.

It sounds like your phone will not power on after it turned itself off unexpectedly. I would use this section of the following article to help you resolve the issue:

Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.

I've been enjoying my iPhone for quite some time and recently used the iPod function and docked the iPhone to my iPod Hi-Fi sound system...suddenly the screen goes all white and the phone shuts down. I tried to turn it back on and it wouldn't budge, i've attached it to the charger for about 4 hours now and still nothing. I've tried the home and power button reset but that didn't do anything...If anyone knows what's going on here, please let me know. Thanks for lookin!If you have charged it directly to the USB on your computer, and not on a hub the only thing that I can surmise is that it is down beyond repair.
You cannot reset since there is no lock.
I suggest you take it to the nearest Apple Store or AT&T Store, wherever you bought the phone and see where that leads. Of course you can also call AppleCare.

4 week old Iphone shut down and wont charge or work in any fashion.
My new iphone (4 weeks old) shut down today and will not work in any fashion. Will not charge, is not recognized by computer when plugged into the usb port. It is an expensive paper weight. I have looked at the apple website and tried all their trouble shooting suggestions.
try the force restore option, its perfect for your situation
try force restore in the following way
1) make sure the phone is off
2) Open iTunes on your computer
3) press the home button and keep pressing it and at the same time connect the handset -
I have tried deleting the program and reinstalling it but it is not working. It is really annoying since I use it for my photography business. I can not work in a program that keeps shutting down.
You must always, always use the uninstaller in the PSE 12 folder in applications. Unfortunately, you broke some stuff by moving the program that way, so now I'm afraid you have a bit more work to do. First, download and run this:

That will not actually remove anything, but it frees things up so you can go around and manually remove stuff. After running it, you will need to scurry around your hard drive and trash all the bits you can find. Start in your username>library>preferences. To see that library, option click Go menu in the finder and it will appear below the little house for your user account. look especially for files beginning com.adobe.whatever. While you're in that library go to the saved application states folder and delete anything pertaining to PSE.
Next you need to go to the library at the top level of your hard drive>library>application support>adobe and delete all the PSE stuff in there. That library isn't exactly hidden, like the user library, but it's hard to get to. The easiest way is to go to the finder preferences>sidebar and turn on Hard Disks under Show these items in sidebar. Then the next time you open a finder window your hard drive will appear in the list on the left side of the window. Click it and the library you want for this will appear in the top level of results.
Finally, after reinstalling PSE, be sure to immediately go to editor>help>updates and update to 12.1, then repair permissions. -
