I set up a passcode earlier today on my iPhone six. I used it several times now my phone is not excepting the pass code and every time I try to use it it disables my phone for an hour. I have no idea how to reset it if it does not give me an option

If the passcode is not working, then you must not be remembering it correctly. Once the device is disabled, you will need to restore it to get it working. See the instructions in this support document. iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled

Unfortunately, you can't restore an iCloud backup without using wifi so that isn't an option.

This Error usually indicates a Hardware issue with the Device... However...
Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

Iphone 5 will not back up to iTunes. I have never had this issue before but it has been consistent for the last two months. I have read a few discussion boards and restarted and deleted older backups to no success. Please help! Ok so I woke up this morning and found that my iPhone 4 was 2% and about to die even though I had left it on the charger over night. Also, you may want to know that the charging icon does appear over the battery, it just won't actually charge. So I plugged it into my husbands charger which is an apple charger plugged into the wall. This had the same result. So we have some docking stations that simultaneously charge while they play your ipod, 3 different docking stations ended in the exact same result, a icon but no charge.
Next my husband did a hard reboot by holding down both the top button and the home button until the system turned off and rebooted. We tried charging after this will the exact same result. My phone has now died. Can someone please give me some idea of what to do next, just saying take it to the apple or AT&T store seems like the obvious answer, but are our options really so limited?
Also note that we have checked the bottom of the phone on the charging port and it is clean and to the eye unbroken.

yes, your option is as limited as getting it into the hands of an apple store employee (or if you have to ship it.. if there is not a store close by)
My wife's old 3G had this problem, it is a battery issue. They replaced my wife's iphone within a day, but I'm not confident any amount of user troubleshooting will fix your problem

TS1363 My iPhone 4s will not upgrade Apps, it appears in windows and Itunes. Apple diagnostics says "URL cannot be found"?

I recently upgraded from iphone 3gs to iphone 4s. Backups go fine, the device can be seen in Windows 7 and Itunes. Apps transfererred fine from old to new phone, however, Apps will not upgrade either over WiFi or by cable. I tunes diagnostics says "URL not found".
Anyone any ideas please?

Being able to to send and receive email is definitely an important feature of the iPhone. The following Knowledge Base article provides some great steps for troubleshooting your issue:

If you are unable to send or receive email, try the following steps:
Restart the iOS device.
Tap Safari and attempt to load a webpage to ensure that the device has Internet access. If you're unable to load a webpage, try the Wi-Fi assistant.
Try an alternative Internet connection.
If your email is provided by your Internet provider, try connecting from the home network.
If your iOS device has an active cellular data plan, try to disable Wi-Fi: TapSettings > Wi-Fi and turn off Wi-Fi.
If not, try a different Wi-Fi network.
Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.
If you're still unable to send or receive email, contact your email provider and verify the account settings are correct. You will need to gather this information (PDF).

Inspect the charging port area for dirt or fluff buildup and clean with a toothpick or canned compressed air. Try another cable, making sure it's a certified genuine Apple product. Try another outlet or USB port. Make sure there are no bent pins in the charging area.

My Iphone 4 will not take latest update

I have the current version of Itunes (downloaded on Tuesday the 14th of June) But over the past month or so
I've tried to get the update (I think it's 4.3.3) and I've tried it probably 10 times at least and after it loads a message
comes up saying that my network connection has timmed out............now I've gone in the checked the network connections
drivers have installed...........but it still won't take the lastest update...........
I'm doing it on a new laptop with Windows 7...........I have no trouble Sync ing the phone..........and my WiFi has an excellent
connection.............So what do I need to do now?

The download is probably failing due to firewall or anti-virus software on your PC. Disable these before attempting the download of 4.3.3.
