mine is still not working I went to bed last monday and when I woke up my iphone didnt work, I´ve tried everything, hold top and home button, plug to itunes, charge the battery, nothing... is like a rock... a expensive rock btw haha, please help!! i took it to customer service and told me the humidity button was on, I dont know why, I swear It didnt got wet, im so desperate!! help

Who repaired the phone? I suggest taking it back to this repair facility. Since Apple replaces phones instead of repair, the repair facility would be the one to take care of your problem.

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:
Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping the camera swap icon . If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.

I dropped my Iphone in water and the on/off button stopped working, how do I fix it?
I dropped my phone in some water and it was only in there for about two or three seconds. I grabbed it and dried it straight away and made sure to get in all of it, and it was fine, everything worked. But about an hour after the on/off button stopped working, so i have to use the home button to unlock it and have to wait for the screen to turn off after 1 minute of leaving it. I cant turn it off and dont know how to fix it. Will it go away on its own, do I have to send it off to get fixed? This literally happened like two hours ago, and my phone is a bit more than a year old. Can anyone help me?
Make an app;ointment at the genius bar and take your credit card. You can get an out of warrnty replacement for an iPhone 4 for $149.
If you had just done it, the advice would have been to shut it off and put it in a bowl or bag of uncooked rice or silica gel for a week. Unfortunately, since it's been powered on for several hours, since then, it may have been permanently damaged. You can try the rice trick, but be prepared to pay for a replacement at some point down the road. -
Iphone 4s touchscreen stops responding after a minute or so, I then have to wait at least a minute before the touchscreen works again but soon after it stops responding. I have tried hard reset, turning it off over night, etc

I had that problem as well and the apple support suggested to turn off the LTE-mode to have a running system and try to exchange the micro-sim by my provider.
THAT was not an option!
BUT it seems to solve my problem in the following way after trying a lot of possibilties:
In the menue properties/help (don't know the exact english word, because I run my phone in german)
I switched on the nice feature 'flash LED' by incomming calls, msgs, and push infos.
Today the flash feature was responding to different push notes very slowly.
By switching this feature off the LTE-mode-tochscreen-not-responding-problem disappeared.
We tried this on a other iphone, not having the metioned problem, and switched the LED-flash:
the problem appeared. Switching the LED-flash off: problem disappeared!
It seems to be a bug that the LED will hint Calls and MSGs in combination with the LTE mode!
treated my phone very hard today to double check, but its still ok.

Please fix that issue in the next update.

ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

I am signed into the App Store on my iphone 4 and one of my apps need updating and my brother is signed into it because I didn't have any credit to make an ID so he signed in so I could download apps but its like its locked to his Apple ID I have tried signing out and turning my phone off its just not working please help.
Apps are locked to the Apple ID that was used to download them. You will have to sign in as your brother in order to update it.

A few days after i've updated to iOS 8.1.1 my iphone 5s died and isn't turning on and its not charging. i have my legit charger that came with my phone and after 6 months it stopped working, i even have a charging case and that wont charge it. hello can apple help me out.i am from Pakistan, i received iphone 4s as a gift, it was purchased in canada last march 2012. unfortunately its screen stopped working and inside screen when i try to look with external light. there was message "iphone disabled for 60 minutes" i tried restore but could not it downloads update but does not do anything i am heck upset its really something means to me alot. I tried to find out warranty claiming process but here in pakistan it has not been officially launched. If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.
