My iphone was charging last night and when i woke up it wouldnt turn back on . I still have a warranty .
last night i put my iphone on the charger and when i went to call somebody that morning it wouldnt turn on . i tried everything . My phone always get hot when in use or charging ? i still have a warranty . would apple replace it for free ?
Take it to a Genius Bar at Apple store ,they will evaluate the iPhone and advise you accordingly

my iPhone was stolen last night and I'm trying to recover all my photos from that phone and get them on my mac laptop. The iCloud photo stream only imported 1,000 photos from my stolen phone. How can I retrieve all of my other photos?
You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.

i let my iphone 4S die completely and after i put it on the charger it cuts on then cuts right back off and keeps doing so. i left it on the charger all night and when i woke up its still doing the same thing. please help

Let it cool down, then reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

i am worried some one will be able to see my photos, bank deatails and phone numbers to steal my identity.
i loged into find my iphone last night but the device was switched off straight away i saiod to block the phone and ease it but i am really concerned some one can access my personal informationOnce the device is gone it is too late to protect yourself.
Hopefully your device was setup to auto-lock and had a passcode, otherwise all data is accessible to anyone that picks it up.
Frankly, the most likely scenario is that the device has already been restored as new and is or has been sold for quick cash. -

It probably means you've manually set an ip address of another device on your network to the ip address that your dhcp server wants to assign to your computer. Or, it means that a neighbor has connected to your network with a fixed ip address that your dhcp server wants to assign to your computer. Or, it means that you are really connecting to a neighbor's network and you've set your computer's ip address manually to an address your neighbor is already using for one of his devices.
Make sure that all your network devices are set to receive their ip Address automatically (dhcp). Restart your router and all connected devices to see if that clears up the problem. -
my ipod touch g2 was fully charged last night and on. I think i fell asleep on it and this morning the screen is blank and I cant get it to power up. charged it again and still nothing. How can i get it to power back up

I have an unlocked 3GS and it is NOT jailbroken. It ran out of battery last night and when i charged it this morning it has got stuck on the apple logo wont do anything else. My computer doesnt pick it up either! Can somebody HELP please!!!
nb. i havent updated it for a while to its running a 3. something software.Connect the iPhone to your computer and launch iTunes, then restart the iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons until you see the Apple logo. How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

Sounds like you may have deleted something you shouldn't have. Boot to an OS X DVD or a bootable backup, and using Disk Utility, do a repair disk, and while there repair permissions. Disconnect any peripherals, and reboot. If you get the same startup behavior, do a safe boot, by holding the shift key down when booting. If that works, try a normal boot. If neither step helps, you may need to relaod your operating system.
