My Iphone was not working, i forgot Apple ID for activate
Dear Mr/Ms,
i was got an iphone from my brother, and i don't know what exactly i have to start. Last day, i try to clear this iphone and create my new (by the way with itunes), and now it ask about the Apple ID and Password with the question: "This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID ([email protected]). Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone."
So poor me, my brother was gone away! T.T and i don't know how to do, May someone who can support me for this case.

Enter your correct Apple ID and password.
If you bought the phone used you have encountered activation lock installed by the prior owner. You will not be able to get past the activation lock without the proper credentials. Contact the prior owner. If the prior owner does not know the details the device is probably stolen and you have lost your money.
If you bought the phone new from Apple take it back to the store with your receipt so that Apple can help you.

i had a problem with my wifes iphone 4s, today morning while travelling to work i changed a setting on repeat option and changed it to repeat artist, it was fine until when i finish my work and on my way back i found songs are not playing anymore, lots of stop signs next to my song list, play/pause button not working, album arkwork keep moving from one to another on its own, so after i reach home i try to do some research on Apple support communities, try to soft reset my phone closing all the apps on background didnt work, also note that control centre music player was not working as well. none of the solutions worked. after trying for two hours i found out that the trouble is in repeat options , so i changed it from repeat artist to repeat off. and the music start playing as usual, but i still have those stop buttons next to the songs i tried to play earlier. At least it fixed temporarily. please also note that in the meantime i tried to sync my phone with the pc and suddenly its start syncing all the songs again assuming there were no songs on my iphone. so guys i think soft reset might not help all the time but try to remember what settings you changed recently and change it back to the original option, not sure ,but it might help. hopin this will help some of you out there. and i already feed it back to Apple, so hopefully they will fix it soon.Not sure why you are having problems. I have had no problems with my 4S playing music after the update. Hopefully you will get it worked out.

No one here can help you. If your phone is no longer under warranty, a third-party repair shop will most likely be your best bet. You can't mail the phone to Apple, in the US, as Apple does not accept international shipments. You could mail it to a friend/relative, in the US, & they could take it to an Apple store for you. Some Apple stores repair iPhones. Otherwise, you're looking at an out of warranty replacement.

Actually, my iphone was hanged and its screen was not working at all .So, I updated its software from market but for reactivation it require icloud account but i didn't know how exactly it is and i was caught in big trouble . But i have its box and all other accessories .So , kindly help me as early as possible .Thankyou and tell me about its solution

my iphone is now just coverd with case and the back house is crasedEtisalat, Mobinil and Vodafone provide warranty service in your country. You can also search Google for a 3rd party repair shop near you.

My Iphone was not unlocked and i accidentally upgarded my phone. Now it asks me to get insert a SIM without a PIN lock and would only let me make emergncey calls. How do i get phone working ?
You will need to establish an account with whoever the phone is locked with and restore it. Or you will not to unofficially unlock it again.

i have att u verse modem and it wi fi was not working. So i got net gear wi fi and connected to att modem . i connected my apple TV via Ethernet cable to att uverse modem . i did not want slow down my wi fi speed. My Apple phone is on Netgear wifi .Now airplay is not working .
Make sure that the Att Modem goes to the netgear router via ethernet cable. Then connect your Apple Tv with a ethernet cable to the back of the net gear router. Airplay wants it to both be connected to the same device, usually.
