How can I sincronize the info from the icloud to my iphone? My iphone was stolen but as they could never set it up thanks to the IOS 7 I paid a small amount of money and got it back.

I also manage to get my back but even after entering my iTunes ID and password when I turn find my iphone back on the phone locked again and is no longer working again what can I do ?
Is asking me to take it to Apple and get it replace but this phone is no longer under warranty !

You can restore that backup to a replacement iPhone, if that's what you're asking. If you want to extract data from the iPhone backup, you'll need third-party software to do so:

Sorry for your loss but, If you didn't setup Find My iPhone BEFORE you lost your iDevice then there is no way to track it.
Change all the passwords for the accounts you were accessing on it and report the loss to your local police.

If it was stolen the thief will wipe it with the result that you will not be able to track it.
Contact your carrier. They may be able to block further use of the phone. No good to you but then no good to the thief either.

For what purpose are you trying to connect them?
The only supported Bluetooth function between a Mac and iPhone is internet tethering.

You will have to configure that with your router. Type your router's IP address in the search/domain bar and allow port forwarding.
What is requiring you to have an open NAT? That issue is usually for gaming consoles, etc.

Doesn't matter. And if they have any property at all, it's worth the $50 filing fee for small claims court in most places.
If nothing else, filing could force Apple to disclose the email address and other information that was used to activate the stolen phone and lock it, leading to the identity of the thief or someone else involved in the crime.
For me, it would be well worth the $50 even if all I got was an attachment of future wages. Since i don't have the legal right to just shoot the bastage, it's the next best thing.
