i would like to ask you as the following:
My iphone 5 was stolen, i try to find it by using icloud. but i forgot that me used to Login icloud on my iphone or not. but when i open icloud on my Computer, it has all contact name phone number, but for about Find My Iphone, it show NO DEVICE. So i would like to ask you that, does my iphone Log Out of icloud or not? if Log Out how the way to find it? thank advance for your answer!

It means Find My iPhone is not enabled on it. Unfortunately, there is no other way to track it using iCloud.

You're welcome. If you mean how does iCloud help you recover your photos, it can help in one of two ways:
First, if you have an iCloud backup of your stolen phone, you can restore a replacement phone or another iOS deivce to your iCloud backup. This would restore the photos from the backup to the device, along with your other data and settings. You restore to an iCloud backup during the initial device setup. If the device is already set up your have to erase it by going to Settings>General>Reset and tapping Erase All Content and Settings, then go back through the initial setup screens, and when given the option choose Restore from iCloud Backup.
If your photos were in your photo stream, you can either sync another iOS device with your iCloud account and turn on photo stream, or you can sync your computer with your iCloud account and turn on photo stream, as outlined here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html. This would allow you to access any photos that still remain in your photo stream. (However, photos are only saved in photo stream for 30 days. Any photos older than 30 days would be lost.)

The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

Can only be done if your carrier offers blacklisting. Some do, some don't. So, report the loss to your carrier. If your carrier does not offer blacklisting, the phone can be restored & reactivated.
Apple does not maintain a database of lost/stolen Apple products & will not help you in anyway to locate your phone or block it.

If you were using iCloud to sync your content you may be able to retrieve your contacts, iCloud emails, iCloud calendar events at http://www.icloud.com by logging in with your Apple ID.

Unless you had Find My iPhone enabled in the iCloud settings, the best you can do is change the password to your Apple ID account and report it to the authorities.

If you turned on Find My Phone in Settigs, iCloudon the iPhone, you now need tologinto iCloud, https://www.icloud.com and click on the Find My button. Select the iPhone and then go to the actions you want to take. There you can send a signal to disable the iPhone when it is connected to the Internet...of course, if the thief never connects the disable will not occur.
So,you need to change all passwords associated with accounts on the iPhone, report it to the police, and to your cellular carrier in case they provide blacklisting will render it useless as a phone.

Usually the serial number was placed at the bottom of the unit.
There is a label which collects all these useful informations.
You have certainly received many documents with you notebook; i.e. warranty.
Check it and maybe you will find the serial number somewhere in the list

You cannot access Photo Stream from iCloud.com.
Photo Stream is a sync tool, not a backup solution.
You can get the last 30 days of photos from your Photo Stream by installing and signing into iCloud Contol Panel.
To get your Whatsapp and Camera Roll data you will need to restore it from your backup to another iOS device.

You do not.
Apple is not law enforcement or a private investigator.
If you enabled the "Find My iPhone" feature prior to the device being lost/stolen, you may be able to track it via iCloud.com.
If you did not enable this feature, there is nothing that can be done.
Contact your carrier and law enforcement.
