The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

iOS 7 has an antitheft feature. A stolen phone can NEVER be used again, except by the original owner or with the authorization of the original owner. If you bought a stolen phone that was your mistake; get your money back. While it's possible that the seller "forgot" their password, that is an easily corrected problem. In most countries knowingly possessing stolen property is a crime. Even if you don't know it is stolen, it can be taken from you and returned to the rightful owner.
If it really wasn't stolen, and it was an honest mistake on the part of the seller, the seller can easily correct the mistake and authorize your activation of the phone. -

I deleted emails from VIPs in Apple Mail and didn't realise they would be deleted from my Mailbox. I have tried to restore from Time Machine but VIPs doesn't appear. Is there any way I can retrieve the deleted emails? I also have bachups on an external hard drive.
I have OS X 10.9.2You can't download pictures from iCloud by logging into icloud.com. If you deleted pictures from camera roll AND photo stream, the only possibility is preforming a restore from an iCloud backup, assuming the backup has the pictures in it. (Many users have been unable to restore and get back their pictures.)
If the restore doesn't have all the pictures, then they are gone.
In the future, use photo stream to sync photos from an iPhone to a computer, then copy the photos on the computer from the photo stream album into a permanent album. Photo stream pics stay there only for 30 days, and only up to 1000 photos are stored. Don't use photo stream as a storage medium, it's only for copying photos from one device to another. Always copy (either via USB cable or photo stream) to a computer and then move to an album. -

Also, before updating, I used to go into the browser cache and copy the temporary file for a video (detected by refreshing the cache window) to another folder when the vid was finished playing, then I would add the .flv extension and *snap* I have the video saved. Since updating, the cache folder is full of dozens of folders, which each contain folders, which each contain multiple temp files, so it's MUCH harder to snatch the temp file without using the search feature specifying the date and size. Is there any way i can restore my iphone 4S from a backup after restoring it from factory settings but not applying my previous settings? as parental controls have been added, but passcode is forgotten and i now need to keep all my stuff on the iphone but get rid of parental controls!!
You can't chose what to include/exclude with a restore, you can restore the whole backup (including settings) or not restore. I'm assuming that the passcode was on the iPhone when you last backed up, in which case (apart from remembering it) the only way to remove the code is to restore back to factory defaults.

When iOS 6.0 updating my iPhone and connecting my iPhone to iTunes the only option I have, is to restore my iPhone. But ufortunately, I did not back up my iPhone before the updating. Is there any way I can avoid the restoring process?

To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

I have microsoft outlook installed on my Mac book pro, I can only use the outlook with the office server where it was setup, outlook won't work out of office, is there any way I can reset the settings in order to be able to use outlook every where?
I can see my folders by clicking the X next to my name on the Inbox Folder. So I have my folders now, just cannot see them in the left colum or see multiple windows on Outlook. At this point, I can use the folders, just with limited functionality. Thanks -Gina

PowerPC applications are unsupported in newer versions. You can upgrade Photoshop or you can install Snow Leopard in a partition.
1. Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) and select your drive
2. Go to Partitions tab, press + button, create a new partition and press Apply
3. Insert the Snow Leopard install DVD and reboot pressing C key
4. Install it in the new partition
5. If you want to change boot, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and select 10.7 -

If you had previously been backing up to iCloud (or a computer with iTunes), you would possibly have a backup. That said, if you can't turn the phone on, you cannot create a backup of the device now. Sorry.

Is there any way I can cancel the update to ios 8? My iphone is in the stage of having to connect to iTunes to finish the update. I don't have iTunes on a computer so I could never back my phone up which I didn't know you had to. Help!
If your phone is in recovery mode (You see the iTunes graphic on the phone), you MUST connect the device to a computer and restore the operating system. There is no supported way to get around it. The device had a problem installing the update and it crashed. Sorry.
