My iphone was stolen?

I had turned on Find my iphone almost an hour after it was stolen, but it didnt have data service active when it was stolen (cus I always used wifi), any location was shown, so i decided to turn it off, a message told me that if i deleted the iphone from Find my iphone list, the one who gets it, would be able to access and use my phone, i clicked yes; i did it all from the site icloud.com, now, i didnt delete my ID from the phone, i just deleted the phone from the list in icloud.com. The device (the iphone) still appears in the list in itunes, 2 devices in fact my PC and my iphone, so i think my ID is still in that iphone (tell me if i`m wrong).
I want to turn it on again but I just cant! i go to icloud.com, type my id and password, then click on the icon Find my iphone (no device appears cus i deleted it obviously), then i click the green setting letters, then i click on they ipad, ipod and iphone image, anything happens, just the page recharges. I would really appreciate your help people out there
P.S. I already went to the police station, they will track it with the imei number (it`s another reason why i deleted it from the list, they needed someone to be using the phone, for call, texting, etc so that it gives off any signal to be tracked) if it was icloud-locked no one would be able to usee it.

If all you did was remove it from the device list (by clicking the "x" next to the device name), it should reappear on the device list automatically if it ever goes back online.  Read point number 3 under "Remove an iOS device...on which you can't turn off Find My iPhone" here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0eeddd.
