My iphone went black and wont turn on and when i plug it up into the computer it just keeps vibrating. What should I do? PLEASE HELP ME!

My iPhone 5c has suddenly turned off and went blank. I then tried to plug it up to the computer to restore it but i cant because my phone has a password on it and i CANT TYPE IT IN. Also when i plugged it up it started vibrating again and again constantly. What should i do?

It is probably still worth while taking it to an Apple store for a possible OOW replacement and let them make the decision, as it was broken before the OP took the back off.

Is the iPod still singed into the account isn Settings>iTunes and App Stores and SettingsZ>iCloudl? If it is then I would not be concerned.

For the other "problem", go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and check the box that says Prevent iPod....automatically syncing.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iPhone. I would be concerned too if my iPhone was only turning on when connected to power. I found an article with steps you can take when you encounter an issue like this. I recommend following the steps below:
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIsand corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.

I updated to 7.1 and now when I plug my phone into the computer, it says there are no pictures?????? When I have 500 pictures on it!!!!! Im soooooo mad I did the update! Worst decision ever!!!!!!!!!! Just to be clear: Tap on the Photos app to start the app. Then tap on Albums at the bottom of the screen. You might have several albums but only one is named "Camera Roll." Are there photos in that album?
If there are NO photos in the Camera Roll album there are no pictures to import. The remaining albums might have come from a sync with your computer or they might be your PhotoStream.
If there ARE photos in the Camera Roll album, connect your iPhone to your computer and start your camera application on the computer. Your phone should be recognized as a camera.

Hi there kburgee! Other can be anything from App Data (information saved from apps like game progress, or passwords) to or old messages that you haven't deleted! The absolute best way to clean up some space is to restore your iPhone.

I've seen this happen when the phone was encrypted... Other than calling apple/deleting passcodes I don't know of any solution.
If you're keen on waiting, upload your photos to dropbox, that's the way I do it.

Try starting in Safe mode which does not load all the software that is used in a regular boot. It also runs a disk check. After booting in safe mode transfer or trash stuff you don't really need so as to free up disk space. Be sure to hold the shift key down continously till a progress bar shows on the screen.

I put my iPhone into an otter box extender and onto my stereo system, when I plugged it the screen went black, it wont turn on and none of the buttons work.

As soon as i plugged it into my stereo system with the otter box extender attached, ive tried to reset my phone by holding the lock and home button at the same time but nothing happens. After its been plugged in it starts to get warm, but the computer doesnt recognize it and nothing seems to happen.

It could be the battery if it was left in a very hot car or something and now it has practically no capacity.
(Lithium Ion batteries should mever be allowed to get completely flat - they need to retain some energy in order to recharge)
But if you haven't done anything that you think would have damaged the phone, and it is still under warranty, contact Apple and they'll sort it.
