IPhone will not charge or connect when plugged into my Mac
The past few weeks I have had a major issue with my iPhone. When I plug it into my Macbook via the USB port it will neither connect to my iTunes or connect. However, when I put it into a iPod speaker system that I have, it charges. I thought maybe it was a bad wire so I got out my spare one and still no luck. My iPod will connect and charge on my Macbook when it is plugged in with the same chords. The speaker system has a port for the USB connector to plug into and I tried that. Once again, the iPod will connect to my Mac, but my iPhone will not. I don't know what to do so that I can sync my iPhone to my Macbook. Can anyone help?

My iPad and iPhone will not charge or sync with itunes.
My iphone and ipad both will not charge nor sync with itunes when connected to my computer. They will not charge when connected to an outlet. The problem started at the same time on both devices.

MacBook Pro will not charge, only works when plugged in.
My MacBook Pro says it is at 68% battery not charging but the source is coming from the power adapter. It hasnt gone down for the past day or so. Also it only works when it's plugged in and shuts down immediately when the charger is unplugged. I just bought a replacent cord and this started happening. Does anybody have a fix for this? MY iPhone will not turn on even when plugged in.
My 3gs was working. I plugged into my Mac to charge. Came back and the phone is unresponsive. Tried turning on using one and both buttons, NOTHING. When it is plugged in still nothing. Tried letting it charge and back of iPhone (probably battery) is very hot.
You can't, unless you're technically expert and have all the necessary test equipment and tools, and don't mind voiding any existing warranty. Otherwise, take it to Apple or whoever provides iPhone service in your area.
Before going that route, try charging it with the AC adaptor for at least 1 hour. If it gets hot again, stop ASAP. -

Iphone will not charge; claims it is not supported, though it has worked for s a few years.
Oredered a iphone 5, which arrives Tuesday. Did apple cancel my previous phpne chargeabiity?Ordering a new phone won't impact your current phone's ability to charge. Have you turned your phone completely off and back on? Also, you could try a Reset by holding both the Sleep Key and the Home Key down until about 15 seconds have passed.

My iphone will not charge and it is not the charger. I tried plugging it into my computer and that will not work either. I spent 2 1/2 hours at the apple store tonight!! They replaced my battery and said that would fix it and I got home and plugged it in and it wouldn't charge. I restored it to factory settings and that didn't work. I only have like 10% battery left and I use this phone for work a lot. I need my phone to charge!! Please HELP!!!
The best way is to bring to an Apple retail store and have them look at it. Bring the phone and charging cable with you.
Or it could be just an old dead battery and Apple store can replace that.
However if you can get a hold of another charging cable (complete) you can try that first.
Good Luck
