That may be a problem related to network settings on your computer, or on the router that you use for connecting to the Internet. Take a look at this article for a possible solution

The specific problem is that you cannot connect to the iTunes Store when using the iTunes app, even through your computer has Internet access.

My iphone will not save the photos I have taken with the phone. I have now been working in Italy for 3 months. Shortly after I got here my camera stopped working and this was my only camera! Exactly one week after I posted notes on my "fix" (see above: I reset the phone and erased all my data), the problem has recurred. The camera pretends to take the picture, but nothing is saved in the camera roll but a blank white square. When I touch the square (where the photo should be) the application crashes and I'm returned to the home screen. In the meantime I have not synced any pictures from my iPhoto library, so I'm sure it's not a corrupt photo from my Mac that is causing the problem.
This is upsetting, because I lost some great snapshots before I could get them synchronised off the phone.
This also happened to my wife's phone. She took her's in to the Apple Store, and they helpfully reset her phone, erased all her data, and sent her on her way with a "fixed" phone. I'm going to have to go in and try to convince them that this doesn't actually fix anything.

hi . I had the simalar problems of my HP b209a-m printer not being seen on my wireless network> I could not add the printer and could not get the printer to join my network, I found this post at HP discussion and it worked!
Each printer has different options/settings but it seems like the general idea should work ok if you can reset printer back to factory settings and find Printer IP Adress.
This is for HP printers
1. On the printer navigate to the Wireless or Network menu.
2. Select Restore Defaults.
3. On your computer look for a wireless network named 'hpsetup' and connect to it.
4. Print a Wireless Network Test from the front of the printer to see its IP address. (on my b209a-m Printer the IP info was found by pressing the Wireless Icon)
5. Type the IP address into the address bar of a web browser to see the printer's internal settings.
6. Click on the Network tab and look for the Wireless Setup Wizard and run it.
7. The Passphrase is the password you use on your wireless connection.
8. Now change the network name on your computer back to your wireless network.
The printer will now be connected to your network. With your the computer backyour wireless network network, you can re-add the printer from System Preferences.
Hope this works--- it did for me.

My iPhone will not play some albums I have purchased on it

I have purchased songs and albums on my iPhone, they have transferred to my computer and my ipad but I cannot play them on my iphone. When I click the album it goes through all the songs to try and play them and then goes back to my music menu.
it is getting very annoying because i have paid for them but cannot play any of them!

First, try force closing the music app, which you can find out how to do here:

If that doesn't resolve the issue, try deleting and re-downloading the song:
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

And if that doesn't work, I would reset the device:

Also 599 songs couldnt be sync'd to ipad and had 690 overall :/ no songs have exclamation marks on them or problems they all work.

Firefox 3.6.13 will not let me add any extentions. Can you help me fix it?

I installed Firefox 4 beta and alot of my add ons were not compatible so I went back to Firefox 3.6.13. But my add ons were not there either. I went to the Error Console log but couldn't make heads or tails of it. Please help me.

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

I tried to upload songs to my iphone from itunes but will not play the music. it appears to be on my iphone but I cannot click on the song?? I tried deleting the songs from my iphone too try again but it will not work!

The songs seemed to not uploaded properly as it won't allow me to click on them. I tried swipe and delete but delete won't appear!

Hopefully Apple is trying to clean up this mess of an opperating system

Not even music ripped from CD's I own. Deleting, re-installing or re-syncing does not help.
When I try to play any song from my library, iTunes fast-forwards at breakneck speed through the songs until it finds one it approves of. (Including the F****** U2 album I neither wanted or downloaded.) I've tried deleting and re-synching, deleting and restoring from back ups in iCloud and from my laptop bot nothing helps.
When I choose 'Get Info' on the tracks that won't play they are described as 'AAC Audio Files', hose that will play are described as 'Purchased AAC Audio Files'.
My wife purchased an iPhone 6 on the same day, she has no such problems with her purchased and ripped tracks.

All of a sudden my IPhone will not play all of my music

All of a sudden my IPhone will not play my music. I upgraded to ios5 awhile back and everything was fine in fact it was fine over a week ago now when I go to play it only shows the album art and the songs do not play. Also when the songs it wants to play (it's like it has a mind of it's own) play the album art and songs do not match up. The majority of the songs are purchased from ITunes if that helps. Thanks for your help!

I tried unsyching my music then resyncing as suggested in another post and I still have this problem. I accidently reset all settings and I am wondering if this has anything to do with it, everything was fine until I did that. Now the only thing it is syncing is the music I ripped and loaded none of my purchased music. Very frustrating
