Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).

Thank you very much for your answer! I have 2 Apple ID, and I have tried both of them and the problem continues. I founf several peolpe with the same problem in apple communities foruns and that really seems that there is some problem. I addded the links for 2 of those discussions.

The ios7 is not updating through the computer and when it get half way it says that there is an error. I cannot try through wifi because I don't have the software update tab. If anyone could help it would be good.

Mozilla won't open on my Mac, and when I try to download it says it's in use. Any Help?

Thunderbird was listed as an external drive on my Mac. I accidentally clicked the eject button and now it won't open. I tried to find help in the forum but nothing worked. I tried to re install it and it says it's open and it can't install. When I get a new email the box flashes up on my screen, and if i click it it will open the mailboxes page. You must log into the mobile iTunes Store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase the service. On the iOS device go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and log in.
Also, if you have the cloud icon next to tracks in iTunes that means the initial scan, match and upload process is not complete yet. You should wait for it to complete before enabling the service in your iPhone.
