My iPhone 4 will not update apps or let me purchase apps. It is version 6.1.3

A number of people seem to be having this problem right now. Try purchasing it using iTunes on your computer, accept the terms and conditions there, then either sync it to your phone or download it on your phone as a past purchase (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519).

I've rebooted the iPhone 4 several times (holding the home+power buttons down for several seconds. I've re-installed iTunes and finally got the IOS 6.1.3 update.
The whole process took over 5 hours.

My 3G iphone won't update from 3.1.3. Was running iTunes 10.2.1 and had to turn off wireless for iTunes to recognize the phone. Have installed iTunes 10.4, but now it doesn't open right away. When it finally does, it recognizes the phone and reminds me it needs updating. I can back up/sync normally, but when I try to update the software, I get the back up status bar for 24+ hours. It never installs the software. As a result, I have not updated the phone's software.

My Iphone4 wont let me purchase apps. Says my security code on Credit Card is invalid but its not.

My Iphone 4 will not let me purchase apps. Its says that I have an unresolved balance. My credit card is on file but it says that the security code is invalid. I have tried changing my address to be more specific, but nothing works. I know my credit card number is correct and that the security code is valid. I do not know how to resolve the situation. If someone has experienced this before and knows how to fix it you help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My iphone 4s won't update to 6.1.3. When I try to update it, it takes a little while to verify it, and then a pop up comes up saying "Software update is not available at this time. Try again later." I have tried again later, and it is still not working. Is there any way I could maybe update to ios 7 if ios 6.1.3 will not work either?

Why won't my ipod touch let me reinstall apps that ive already gotten, but lost?

Ok so i lost my apps since i had to restore my ipod to fix a problem, and i tried to get some of my apps(i.e music downloading apps, and urban dictionary and funny pics app) back and it wont let me reinstall them!! PLEASE respond i need to figure out whats wrong i get bored easily and my ipod is my one solution!!
So yeah i have an Ipod Touch 4 and its updated to ios 5 so im sure its not because my ipod is "old" or not updated enough.

ok like i had to erase all apps from my ipod and now i want download/install them again. and then apps like funny pics, urban dictionary, and free music download mp3. Yeah ive tried and no there's no error message its just the you cant press the install button you know? I have an iPhone, i'm not sure what kind, but it won't update to ios 5 it has ios 4.2.1 on it and when i click "check for update" it says "this version of iPhone software (4.2.1) is the current version". I am using a mac with os x Snow Leopard iTunes 10.6

Adobe Revel for ipad and iphone won't update

Adobe Revel for ipad and iphone won't uodate. It downloads about 3/4 of the update and then stops. I have tried it many times.

Iphone won't update to 3.1

My iPhone will not update to update 3.1. It says there is an internal error. Any easy fixes for this? iTunes is up to date and I have restarted the computer.

Consider yourselves lucky, OS 3.1 has to be the worst, buggiest OS Apple has ever released.I have a 32GB iPhone 3GS and, unfortunately, I successfully updated it to 3.1, I now spend my evenings looking for a way to get the stable OS 3.0 restored which seems impossible currently. My advice is to stick with 3.0 for as long as you can.

IOS 5 Update - Not possible to recover Purchased apps after having changed the country of origin

I am currently struggling to restore my apps that I have purchased on my iPhone 4. I can see my purchase history but here is the problem: The majority of the apps were purchased when my iTunes account was still linked to my German bank account/Region. I have changed the region and payment details when in relocated to the UK. The question is now how can I restore my apps made while my account was linked to my German details? I already tried to restore my payment information and region but no luck so far.
Can anybody assist me with this problem? Any input would be much appreciated.

@shadow221, unfortunately that method only retured my previously backedup photos and nothing else. After attempting restoring it back to a few Backups with failed attempts, I just gave up.
Some users mentioned doing a complete restore to factory setting and do a backup but it just screwed with my ipod and no music back. So i just let it be. I reloaded my old tracks from iTunes, my Apps, unfortunately iTunes doesnt give me any option to reload any of my videos FML.
I did the above and wasted a good day and a half of my life reloading (on my pc) 300 songs, now I only have 1,200+ more to download to match my previous library contents. Thanks Apple.
PS: i called Apple a week before the iOS 5 release and an associate explained that it will NOT delete my library if I do the update---thanks much for the warning!!!

You could try this.
Back up all data.Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Move the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Reboot and test. If there's no change, restore the item you deleted from a backup, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Otherwise, you may need to recreate some of your settings in the Network preference pane.

These apps aren't showing up in iTunes. They only show up in the purchased list on my iPhone. But I guess there is no way to hide them in the App Store view?

IPhone 4S sync with iPhoto screwed up all purchased apps

Okay, this is just bizarre.
Last night I plugged my iPhone 4S into iPhoto for the first time, downloaded and deleted a pile of pictures I had just taken. Then I docked the phone for the night.
This morning I unlocked the screen to find all--and I mean ALL--of my purchased apps were gone from the desktop. The only remaining icons were from the standard installs that come with the iOS 5 package.
I plugged the phone into my Mac and opened iTunes. There I saw the two expected desktop pages, then a third grayed-out page, and finally a fourth and fifth page holding all the missing icons (folders had been lost, all were single icons now). I could not navigate to those 4th/5th pages on the phone at all, but I could (in iTunes) drag icons from those pages back up to the two the phone could display.
Very, very strange.
Rather than go through a laborious process of dragging and re-foldering my apps from the iTunes interface I did a restore from the last known good backup and all seems to be in order again.
Anyone seen something like this?

Alas, I was forced to get an IPhone 8 months ago because a client wanted to text me, and my flip phone wouldn't cut it. It has been a source of continual aggravation. All I want to do is text, make phone calls, and occasionally go on the Net. No music, no photos, no e-mail, no games, no crazy apps, etc. Simple. Well you'd think so.
