My iPhone4 with iOS7 was working fine. Suddenly and spontaneously it had gone dead.Neithr was it ever dropped down nor any fluid spilled. It doesn't turn on no matter what is done. I tried syncing with iTunes but the Devices tab in the iTunes remains grayed. It means it doesn't recognise. What shall I do?

No, No, it was not a question of drained battery. I charged iphone overnight and it was charged to 100%. Hardly 2-3% would have got spent before it had gone dead.Gving benefit of doubt of drained battery, I indeed allowed it by connecting to USB for nearly 10 mts before I pressed the on button. But it was of no avail.
I searched for suggestions and followed the tip given in the forum. I kept both the home button and the wake up/sleep button pressed for 20 sec. The apple icon appeared and booted. Thanks.

1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify.

Hmm....I just had another thought. All the machines are running Win7 SP1, BUT the 2 that can sync with MSE installed are 32bit versions, however the one that can't is 64bit. Not sure if that makes any difference though. All are clean installs with Win7SP1 media, not SP1 installed later.

So this has happened to me before. The solution: buy a different charger. When I did that it started charging. And I was able to use it for a couple of days. Then I let it die one night because I was too lazy to get up and charge it. In the morning I got my Ipod and started charging it with my brand new charger. Unfortunately, iOS 7 is too hard to push for the iPhone 4 and therefore has a lot of effects turned off to try to get it to run as smoothly as possible.
However, it becomes better and better with each update coming but it's hard to do anything about the hardware on an already released phones.
If you still have trouble or think they are too hard. My tip is, if so, to restore your iPhone 4 and make a clean setup with no iCloud backup. But all your photos in a photostream so you can access it later.

Connect in recovery mode and restore, you'll get the option to reset the passcode during this process:

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
Could also be not enough free space for the iPad to operate efficiently. With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free. For a 16 GB device that is 2.4-3.2 GB free. For a 32 GB device that is 4.8-6.4 GB free. For a 64 GB device that is 9.6-12.8 GB free.
If neither of these suggestions helps, Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

Occasionally after switching on and off a few times it functions normally for a few hours and some times even a couple of days but eventually always turns itself off and goes back to the 'Update Completed' screen.
