My iphone5 does not charge how can I fix it?

My brother and I have the same phone both batteries ran out, when we got to charging it mine charged but his doesn't. We cleaned the small opening, where the charger goes in, and removed all the dust. The screen shows the little battery with a charging symbol but its been like that for about an hour now, and we still cannot turn it on.

Have you tried charging using another charger and cable? If so, ring the phone to Apple for evaluation

My Norton 360 that saves all my passwords for me does not work on fire fox 4.0. How can I go back to the previous version? I was not given a warning that Norton 360 wouldn't work until after I had already down loaded 4.0, or I would not have downloaded it!
I did not know that the tool bar was going to disappear!

My iphone 3GS is sometimes recognized by the computer but it does not charge how do I fix this?

My iPhone is giving me ****. I don't know what is wrong with it besides that it will not charge. I've been scouring the internet for the last few hours and have been trying to figure it out. I've cleaned out the charging area with a toothpick that I discovered on another board, i tried plugging it back in, it acts like it is going to "connect" but it will not charge, I get the little indicator that looks like a plugin but I still do not get any charge, i have tried two different chargers and nothing is working. I could really use help. Thanks interweb.

If it shows up in iTunes and you can sync the phone, could be that the docking port is damaged.

I have xml files with css. IE displays them correctly but FF 4 does not. How can I fix this?

I try to use FF for everything but this is the one thing I can't get it to do and I hate to have IE as my only choice for viewing these files correctly.
They are for school, but I would still like to use them for websites I design.

I will also try there but this isn't just a web design problem.
XML files are used a lot and when formatted with CSS or XSLT can usually be viewed like a regular web page. So if I went to a website and they were showing me this file or I upload this file I would like to be able to view it. I know I can open IE and problem solved but I don't want to use it. I thought IE was behind me because FF did everything I needed until now.

Also, check System Preferences/Spotlight to see what if any exclusions are configured, etc.

If you have an older mouse with the trackball, it might just need cleaning. Turn the mouse over and rub the trackball vigorously on paper or microfiber cloth.

Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS. Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term. Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default. You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, Easy Find, instead. Download Easy Find at VersionTracker or MacUpdate.
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
