My iPhone5 is under warranty but during incoming call handset is hang. this problem 2-3 time a day. pleas help.

I'm experiencing what is I believe to be the same issue with my iPhone 4, and have been suffering in silence for about a week.
iPhone 4 model MC603X with Modem Firmware 04.10.01, 16Gb, cheap silicone cover, Vodafone NZ as my carrier.
My screen locks after 1 minute of inactivity as it should with my settings. Perhaps 1 call in 5, or 1 call in 10, the screen wakes up and displays called ID information etc correctly, but I cannot swipe to answer the call. The touch screen simply fails to respond.
If I push the power button briefly to silence the ringtone, this does not make a difference. The iPhone has to be locked (and screen turned off), then push a hardware button to wake up the display, and then I can swipe to unlock the device.
This is only since iOS 4.3 and unfortunately iOS 4.3.1 has not changed this behaviour.
Any advice appreciated.

If the phone is factory unlocked you can sell it but you probably won't be able to get the warranty replacement in India.
Also, what seems to be the problem with your picture? It seems pretty normal to me, I mean you're taking a picture of the sun, of course it's going to have some glare.

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India

No. You must call and make an arrangement to return yours for a replacement. They will set up the return and send you a box and shipping label. Then you send your old charger, cable, etc. back. A new one will be returned to you.

If the iPhone came from the US, then that is the only place where Apple will service it. If you can't take it there yourself, you would need to send the iPhone to someone you know in the US who could get it serviced and then send it back to you.
Your only other option will be to find some unauthorized cellphone repair shop to attempt a repair, after which all further support from Apple, in the US or anywhere else, will no longer be available to you.

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. It is unlikely but you can atleast try they might set it up for free but expect an email about paying 269 for physical damage

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

Very likely not. A bvroken screen is not covered by the warranty. It also shows abuse aht voaid the warranty for the entire iPod. Howecver, sometimes the Genius will exchange it at no cost. Otherwise yu will have to pay $99, $149 or $%199 depending upon the capacity,

Blackberry 9300 Freeze During Incoming Call

Device: Blackberry Curve 3G 9300
OS: 6.0 Bundle 2475 (v6.0.0.546)
Application Storage Free Space: 43.3MB

My phone has been freezing up randomly during incoming calls for the last 3 weeks. Sometimes I am able to pick up the call but most times it just freezes up. During the freeze, all the buttons will not work and the phone will just keep ringing until the call has been canceled/dropped from the other end.
There are 3 scenarios:
1. Phone works as normal.
2. Incoming call comes in, phone freezes up, I pull the battery out, phone reboots and everything is fine until the next freeze. I can recieve SMS and all application works as normal.
3. Incoming call comes in, phone freezes up, I do nothing and let the call end. Screen will black out after a few seconds and none of the button works. Next incoming call comes in, the screen lights up to show the incoming call but none of the button works just like before. In the end, I have to pull out the battery.
Here are some of the things I have tried:
1. Deleting applications from my phone to free up memory (Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, Google Messenger)
2. Deleting pictures to free up memory
3. Updating the phone to the latest software version. Previously it was on version 5 but the freeze happened then too.
4. Reseting my phone to use the original theme.
I have never dropped my phone (not even once) and I have been using this same phone for the last 10 months. I still have 2 months left before my warranty expires. I really look forward to getting help from the experts here before I take the last option of bringing my phone to the service center.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

   Recently, i was purchased New 9320. I am very much fedup with this new 9320The phone completely hangs during my incoming calls , no button works & nothing happens. . Each and every time I’ve to remove the battery & reboot 4 to 5 times.
This happened once when it was in the holster too ,said “keypad locked” and nothing except the power off button worked (the power off button did nothing to help though)
    This is frustrating ,especially for a first time Blackberry user like me
   Is it a software problem with the 7.1 OS or something else? Please any one help me.

That is what I am doing right now, but thats a short term solution. It happens 7-10 times a day. Have to do this exercise again and again.
Is not there a permanent solution for this problem ?

A short memo during incoming call

Some Nokia phones allow to add short memo to the contact.
Is there a possibility in Nokia phones to show this memo during incoming call?
I have a big number of contacts and additional short memo would help to recollect details about caller.

you can use the notes field of a contact to store extra info, i think you can see this whilst in a call by going to the phonebook - but i dont think this info will pop up when a call comes in
