My iPhoto '11 won't let me sort ALBUMS manually. How can I fix this?

Recently my iPhoto just started bothering me by not letting me reorder and sort my albums manually, and this aggravates me so much because it's something I prefer, rather than sorting by daye, time, bla bla bla. Please help me with my problem

At this point I would think you'd suggest reinstalling the program.
That's pointless, as there's nothig wrong with the program. We know this because it worked okay in the other account.
I need to back up the library, correct
You should always have a back up of any important data on your computer,regardless of brand, OS, whatever. Windows, Mac, Linux all need back ups end of story.
Most Simple Back Up
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex:
Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically. Examples of such apps: Chronosync or DejaVu . But are many others. Search on MacUpdate

    Have you tried to reboot your router? Unplug it, count to 30, plug it back in and let it reboot. Also you may want to go into your settings on your iPad and 'reset network settings'.
    In case the update messed something up, letting the devices reboot sometimes helps.

    Describe both your usual disc-burning technique, as well as the brand of discs you're using (as well as whether they're +R or -R).
    Are you burning with an internal SuperDrive, or an external burner?
    If the disc won't play on your computer and "won't play on any other player either," that sounds like an overall bad disc, not just one that "won't play on my computer."
