My iphoto application won't open

my iphoto appliation won't open

Lacie 2 was an exact replica of my original hard drive (internal), but a couple of years ago, so it's not up to date with the current additions.  Therefore, it has the original OS 10.5.8 on it, also.  
iPhoto is 8.1.2.
When I DID run Disk Warrior, it came up several times with "unrepairable."  I ran all three programs to finally make it repairable.  I wasn't having any symptoms, except that things were running slower than usual, which is why I ran it in the first place.
