I am assuming you are using the Lightning to 30 pint adapter and it is not working?

You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

Have two 4s's registered under the same apple account. The 1st phone was set up on the computer perfect. The second phone was set up by somebody who didn't know what they were doing and set this second phone up using the same apple id but onto a laptop. How do I know get the second phone to work from the computer and sync the two phones so they are the same?

Thats correct. I am familiar with the operation of the click wheel volume control.
To get to debug menu just hold down both centre and menu until the Nano resets then while its resetting press and hold centre and left.
Tried this and got to an iPod Diagnostics menu, though I cant seem to see an Audio option there.
have reinstalled the firmware right? I've never seen a post asking to lower the volume before, and it's hard to believe that the lowest setting is too loud for you....the lowest setting is practically off for a normal iPod
I think Im just using the original firmware that came pre-installed. While I normally like listening to music at decently loud volumes I've found I seem to get earache / ringing in my ears if I listen to earphones at anything but fairly quiet volumes. Dont want to damage my hearing so thats what Ive got used to. Plus Ive been allowed to have them on at work, so long as it doesnt interfere with my work and its actually useful for me to be able to overhear background noise and conversation over the music.
Alternatively, is there any way I can alter the volume of the AAC files using iTunes or whatever so that theyre quieter before they get put on to the iPod?

I have a mid 2009 and a late 2011 MacBook Pro, they both have the latest upgrade of Lion. Neither of them can "see" each other in AirDrop. I have reset the apple ID on both. Is there any way I can make them "see" each other?
As far as I know the older mac is compatible with AirDrop.

I'm pretty sure my Mac mini 2011 has that but for whatever reason I cannot send via AirDrop to the mini. The mini can see other computers like my 2010 MacBook Pro and send files to it, but not in reverse. The MBP is unable to see or send to the mini unless the mini has engaged it to send a file to MBP. Even then it's temporary and the mini will disappear from the MBP's AirDrop radar upon completing the delivery of its file.
So I'm a bit perplexed on how the Mac mini has AirDrop, can see other AirDrop computers and send files to them, but cannot be seen on other Macs to reciprocate. -

No, you can't update your 2G iPast past iOS 4.2.1. The graphics hardware on the 2G does not support the latest Open GLS.
Yes, there are not that many apps that still works with a 2G with 4.2.1. -

You can't transfer song files from iPod to computer using iTunes (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store). However, there are methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
Once the song files are on your computer, you can add them to your new computer's iTunes library. -
I recently updated ibook in my Itunes. Now, every time I sync, I get the message that it won't update the ipod as ibook won't run in OS6. Is there any way I can revert the ibook app in itunes so it quits trying to install the current ibook app. I am trying to stop getting the warning message. I connected a digital camera memory chip with approximately 100 photos on it to import into iPhoto. The photos showed up in iPhoto. I believe I deleted the photos from the memory chip before importing them to iPhoto. Is there any way I can get the photos back?

I have microsoft outlook installed on my Mac book pro, I can only use the outlook with the office server where it was setup, outlook won't work out of office, is there any way I can reset the settings in order to be able to use outlook every where?
I can see my folders by clicking the X next to my name on the Inbox Folder. So I have my folders now, just cannot see them in the left colum or see multiple windows on Outlook. At this point, I can use the folders, just with limited functionality. Thanks -Gina

My 7 year old daughter has an iPod Touch 4 and she used the wrong password too many times. She thinks she remembers her password now but we have already exceeded the attempts and it says "iPod is disabled" connect to iTunes. Is there any way we can get the device to allow another attempt? We are traveling this week so don't have access to the serial number or the computer that was used to originally set up her iTouch. I don't even know what operating system it's on and can only see the home screen.
Restoring the iPod will do nothing to his iPhone.
When you restore it wipes the iPod clean no matter what computer you use.
The only plus to doing it form your home computer is if you have a backup stored there, then you can restore from the backup once it's done wiping.
If you are away form your home computer, go ahead and use the computer you have to restore it, then when you get home, you can restore form any backup you may find. You can use this to help you do that when you get there: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 -
