My iPod automatically purchases apps, how can i report the problems by using email, is there emails than i can use?

I'm from Hong Kong and this is my first time using this.
In the past few months, my iPod had been automatically purchasing apps/updates/points I had not notice it until this few days when my email showed that I had purchased apps for more than $100USD.
So ireally want to report these problems to Apple about cancelling my purchases. I did once before and it suceesed. However, this time when i try to used iTunes to report the same problem about my cancelling purchases, it did not allow me and it came straight to Apple websites. I tried it thousand time, and it still doesn't work.
Therefore, my question is than is there any other way that i can contact with Apple Store such as through e-mail.
If any one knows what is the email or any other way, please reply.

Try going to Apple Support, and e-mailing them from there.  If you got hacked, they will probably be able to cancel the purchases.  They are great.

    Log into your iTunes account, then click on previous purchases then select the purchased app and then click report a problem.  Then write and explain your problem and I am sure it will be considered. 
    Also change your iTunes password as soon as possible.

  • After system crash I can't report the problem!

    This has been happening for perhaps a month now. I'm doing nothing special, no special hardware on my PowerMac G5. The screen suddenly goes dim and I get a must reboot now message. I do so, and upon reboot I am given the option to report the crash. I click to report the crash... but NEVER GET THE CRASH REPORTER.
    Has anyone else experienced this? It's frustrating because lately OS X has been crashing like Windows. This happens several times a week - 100% unacceptable. Can I get it to start working? I'd at least like to report these frustrating crashes.

    It sounds like your RAM or directory have gone bad. Test the directory theory first:

    And if no issues are reported with the hard drive, and no third party peripherals are connected, try replacing the RAM entirely. RAM may go bad anytime, even RAM purchased directly from Apple, though less likely. In addition, there is no RAM test that is able to diagnose all bad RAM, though if bad RAM is detected by a hardware test, then you know it is bad.

    One iPad per purchase, assuming the iPads will be used by different users. If the school wants to purchase an app for multiple iPads, they have to have one license for each iPad. In the US, there's an academic volume purchase plan:

    If it is disabled because of the passcode, see this article: iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
    If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone and iPod touch software.
    If the issue continues after updating and restoring your device, refer to this document.

    That symptom is covered here.  However, you may have a hardware problem caused by the drop. and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store may be in order.

    It didn't show up in my music app for several hours.   Don't know why... But it's there.
    I can now access and add stations through the iTunes Store to play through music app icon.
