My iPod error is the download of this title has been disabled

I am trying to download a WMA audiobook from the library using OverDrive. When I bring up the library title site on the iPod to download the title I get the subject error message, I have no trouble when the book is in mp3 format, but I get the error message with the WMA format. How can I download the WMA formatted books to the iPod touch?

The iPod does not support WMA formated itesm.

If your account works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I've had a look at the TC settings dialog and tried to keep it as simple as possible. I also had a copy of LR 4 on the hard drive so have trashed that also incase of any conflicts. LR seems to be running ok now but as said it's an intermittent problem.
I also have a copy of Capture One on the hard drive so am going to uninstall that also in case it is trying to launch.
