My iPhone 4S locked to Tmobile so I contacted to Tmobile and submitted unlocking form, but I got a replied said my IMEI number was not recognized. So I tried second and third time submitted the form and got same reply. I've been using same handset they issued to and never changed. hi, my firefox and safari are both having difficulty loading certain parts of web pages. previous to this my firefox would freeze and state that a script was not responding. i would stop the script and reload the page and everything would be fine. now though the pages just load very very slowly or load leaving out certain pictures and video content. i've tried clearing my cache's and cookies, resetting my browser etc, but it seems like its a system issue as both safari and firefox are having issues. i've run Avast to screen for malware and it came up empty. any suggestions?

Initially I had downloaded Document 2 (Free) application to view my doc, ppt and xls files. I was not able to edit the files so there was an option for upgrade the Document-2 free to paid version. I have upgraded the Document 2 application. But on my iPad now there are to application present Docemnt-2 (Free) and Document-2. I am not able to open any existing document using the upgraded version of application. How do I connect all the existing txt,PPT,XLS doccument to the new upgraded Document-2 application and then to edit it on my iPad.
As suggested I had deleted the free application and did a hard restart the iPad. I have again copied the document using iTunes. But I am not able to edit any document using this app. Document 2 (paid version) supports editing features of the txt/ xls /ppt files. Is there any problem while loading the Document 2 app. If I reload then do I need to purchase again?

My volume down button have stuck but it was not my falt and no dent is on the button and I read in an article that apple will replace it because it is a defect and my phone is 2 years old so means out of warrenty just want to ask that will apple replace it.
If your phone is out of warranty you will be given the option of buying a new phone or getting one with an out of warranty replacement, which is cheaper that buying a new phone.

Attempted to update iTunes on January 23rd and it appeared to install properly. When I tried to open iTunes on January 24th, it would not open and gave me an error message that said "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)" I then tried to reintall iTunes and it again appeared to install properly but when it attempted to open, I was given the same error message.
Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7,now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP,head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

I have an IPOD Classic 30GB. It would not stay on but a few seconds so I thought the battery was not recharging and bought a new battery. I charged the new battery overnight and when I turned it on I could see the apple for only a few seconds and it would go off. I tried the trouble shooting suggestions and reset the device. and 2 JNLP files:

I downloaded itunes. It initially indicated that the download was successful, however, when I click the itunes icon, it says "ituns was not installed properly". It then gives me the message "itunes has stopped working"
Not completely sure. But if you think it is an iTunes issue...... follow through this: Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
ALSO, if you feel like all your music will be gone as well follow through these 2:

Was not enough room to finish. I tried to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall but I was asked to validate an unidentified publisher and don't have a clue what that is and could not remove programs. I am not good at fixing stuff on the computer and would like some help with this. I have had iTunes for a long time without issue.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
