My iPod has an "Audiobook" in the menu, but there is no audiobook on my iPod. It is on my computer

I'm not sure how to participate. But my question is this:
How do I get the audiobook I just purchased from iTunes to
download to my iPod. Please realize I am not tech savvy.

Configure the audiobook to sync to your iPod from under the iPod's Books pane in iTunes. To access this tab, plug your iPod in and click on its name when it appears under Devices in the left hand pane. This will bring you to the iPod's Summary tab. Locate the Books tab along the top and select it. Here you can configure how and what auidobooks sync to your iPod.
Be sure to hit Apply after making any changes.

Place the iPod in recovery mode using one of these programs and then restore via iTunes:

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

How long did you press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together? Have you tried doing this procedure more than once? Is the hold switch in the Off position?
If nothing else, let the iPod's battery fully drain. Then charge it back up again.

Generally it's less than a minute, however when the device can't be located (maybe its on a train in a tunnel, or it's turned off), it can be any length of time.

The outgoing call icon has just appeared in the menu bar at the top of the screen on my iPhone 5 and i cant seem to get rid of it.

The outgoing call icon has just appeared in the menu bar at the top of the screen (next to the wifi icon) on my iPhone 5 and no matter what i do i cant seem to get rid of it.
I have rebooted and and cleared all running apps and still on luck.
The phone still works ok and i can make and receive calls.... any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Go to Settings>Brightness and make sure it is maxed out.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Sometimes you have to reset the SMC two or three times for it to work, don't know why. I've seen that error message before and 100% of the time it was fixed with an SMC reset. I suppose it's possible that your keyboard or mouse IS drawing too much power, do you have access to another you could try?

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.
If you restore your phone, you will be given an option to back up your phone at the beginning of the process (see step 6 here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414). You will be given the option to restore to that backup at the end of the restore process. Your messages are stored in the backup so restoring to the backup will return the messages to your phone. Be sure to import your photos and videos to your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083) and back up your contacts somewhere before restoring your phone as these sometimesget lost in the restore process.
