My ipod has no songs and it says that there is no more space. When I connect it to my computer windows says the drive needs to be formatted.
My ipod classic shows no music and says that the hard drive is full. When I connect it to my computer (that has itunes on it) it does nothing but windows says it needs to be formatted. It shows up under computer as a USB Drive. It won't sink.
If this is the problem following the instruction. Frequently it is a hardware problem.
iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
Otherwise try (assuming that other devices see your network)
- A reset. Nothing wil be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power of and then back on your router.
- Reset network settings: Settings>Genral>Reset>Reset Network Settings

I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (11.0.07) and installed it. Message said install successful. But APEX learning software does a check to see if my system has Adobe Reader and it says I still need to install it. What's up? This has happened to me numerous times throughout the years. I need to get to the bottom of this problem. Thanks for your help.
You still don't give us the message you are receiving. My guess: you are trying to open a PDF in a browser that uses its own PDF viewer, not the Adobe Reader plugin: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdf-browser-plugin-configuration.html

I bought a song, and it says the file is corrupted and will not download what should i do?
If you see the "Purchased" option on the main screen of the iTunes Store, here's what I'd do:
1) Go into your library and delete the file if it downloaded. If not, go to your downloads and delete it from there to stop it from download.
2) Go to the Purchased pane in the main iTunes Store section, locate the item, and try the download again.
Also, you may wish to turn off any anti-virus or anti-malware programs before you try this again, as that sometimes is what can be blocking the download. Otherwise, contact iTunes Store Support:

My Ipod and Ipod touch both sync and update latest CD music added to Itunes, however when I connect my Iphone it wont sync my most recent CD addition to iTunes?
I have my iTunes settings to prevent my iPod from synching automatically.
Open iTunes (without the iPod Touch connected) , go to "iTunes"--->"Preferences"--->"Devices", select the box that says "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from synching automatically", select "OK".
I would then close iTunes and then reopen it. Verify that the settings you just changed are intact.
Log into the iTunes store and update any Apps that you may have purchased.
Connect the iPod Touch via USB with iTunes open. You will see the icon on the left side under "Devices" as normal, however it will not automatically sync.
Click on the "Device" in iTunes and from there you can manually adjust all the items you want to sync and then select sync when you are ready.
I sync mine this way because I feel it gives me more control over the syncing process. Also, I always log into the iTunes store first, check for updates to my Apps and then connect the iPod to manually sync.
So, to me, I guess that perhaps is a way to "force" the sync but in a controlled manner.
I hope that helps. -
I just received a replacement iPad and when I connected it to my computer I followed the prompts exactly like the apple tech told me too. When I got to a prompt asking if I wanted to restore the iPad he said to click on it. I did. Now my iPad screen is frozen on the iTunes connect screen and I cannot get out of it. An iPad shows connected in my iTunes folder, but when I run a diagnostic it says no iPad is detected.
Any help would be appreciated.
ThanksPersonally, I would call Apple back. However...
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -

Please can somebody help me.
My iPod keeps saying I need to connect to iTunes and restore.
I have done that, but then it says it has been restored and then reverts back again to same message.
Any help greatly appreciated.Unfortunately, it is possible that the iPod's hard drive has become faulty. No matter how many time you Restore it, iTunes sees something wrong with the iPod's storage the next time, and asks you to Restore it again.
There is one more thing I can think of, that you can try.
Put the iPod into Disk Mode again. With iTunes NOT running, reformat the iPod's disk like it was an external drive, using the Windows command. Make sure you are selecting the iPod's disk for formatting. Select the format type of "FAT." If there is an option for a "quick" format, do not use it; do a "full" format. If there is a physical problem on the hard drive, this formatting attempt may fail. If it succeeds, run iTunes and do another Restore. (Even if it does not prompt you this time, you need to do a Restore so that iTunes can re-install the iPod's onboard software.) -

Yeah everything is in the question so plz hep me....
Quinten,
It will erase all of the information on your ipod. When was the last time you synced your ipod? If recently you should be able to recover most of your files. If not you will only be able to have the files since you last synced it to your computer. Can it sync it ignoring the passcode? If so try that. If none of these work you may just have to plainly restore it or put it in recovery mode.
Thank you for choosing Apple!

Holding down the lower volume and sleep buttons at least launches iTunes (I have the latest version) and I get a "Waiting for iPod" message and a progress bar which doesn't show any progress, and then after about a minute I get the unknown error message.
Hi LJ Zinkand,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like iTunes gives an error about the iPod. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

I just purchased a new IPOD Touch 5th and use a BOSE Docking Station. I just realized this new IPOD does not have the hole in the bottom to
place it on the Docking Station like the IPOD 4 did. Do you have any suggestions? Does this not dock? There are adapters that are available in the iTunes store.
