My ipod is broke need help badly!

alright, i got my ipod from best buy and got the whole three year plan and within the first two years its been "broken and fixed" twice. i have had the same problem everytime. an error comes up in itunes while my ipod is updating songs and then stops updating and i have to format it again, as suggested by best buy. its happen a third time but now itunes wont reconize it and when i try to open it or reformat it in My Computer it freezes it. also the folder with the exclimation mark appears on the screen. i have windows if that helps and everything is updated. help please!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

What happens when you try? Error message?
To activate you have to enter the ID and password last used for Settings>iCloud. In most cases the Apple ID is used for Settings>iCloud but not always.

Good day. I recently fixed my ibook and my palm to sync with each other. I configured my palm to sync with entourage. I then realized that it would be much better that if I sync my palm pilot with the palm desktop. Gow do I now reverse this? How do i cancel entourage to sync with my pal pilot. please advise. need help badly on this. thanks... i just like to feep my files organized and i find it difficult using entourage...my palm pilot is a palm TX...

I also have a Palm handheld. I use iCal and Address Book more than Entourage. This is what I did:
At first, I tried to adapt to Palm Desktop. I didn't like it, so I looked for the *iSync Conduit*. I found it and installed it. Then, I ignored the Palm desktop software (except the HotSync utility) and have used iSync with iCal and Address Book since.
I know that doesn't answer the question about switching from Entourage, but Desktop isn't that great either. iSync is what I recommend.

Portege M900 cannot detect/read from DVD drive - Need help badly!

I have this problem with Portege M900. My laptop cannot read from the DVD drive.
Does any one has similar problem? Need help badly as I cannot play my game from the CD.

Test if the dvd drive is seated correctly in the compuer, I had a computer the dvd drive did not work until I removed one of the on back of the laptop (machine was a Toshiba different model) and then I was able to seat the dvd drive correctly.

have you tried quiting the app, ie removing it from the multitasking bar also, and then retrying it? Failing that, flick the ipad into airplane mode for a minute, then flick it back, wait for your wifi to connect then try again.

the camera firmware is bad, so the image quality is truely terrible.. play with mirror to see.. it may be fixed in a future firmware release (it *IS* better than it was.. the firmware last year had a line through the picture!)

Can't update ipod...need help asap!

Help!!! My computer was sent to get fixed and because some stuff was reformatted, I am unable to use certain programs....most importantly, I am unable to update my ipod which I need to do in the next day. Unfortunately, I will not be home where the software is for about three weeks. When I attempt to plug in my ipod to update the songs, the hardware isn't recognized. Is there anything I can do to get it working?
If desperate I may be able to use someone else's software but will that work or do I need to use the one that came with my particular ipod?

unfortunately this didn't solve my problem. from the little i know, i think the problem is that my entire hard drive was transferred while fixing my computer, and because they were temporarily relocated, that somehow tampered with all of my files, causing many to need to be reinstalled. my problem is that i do not have any of the software needed.

I had a IPod 3rd gen and its about the worst an ipod can get.
Cant charge sometimes, cant coonnect sometimes. its horrible.
Then i GOt a shuffle from a freind but he said there might

The problem is horrible.
it cant be reconized on itunes! I have followed some indtruction from other people. But it isnt working.
I cant even restore it!?
updater sometimes wont even reconize the ipod. Out of the 10 times i did it, only beeen rconized twice. And once i press
update. second time i pressed restore but didnt work "disk error" film something. and most of the time it says can't mount ipod.
I think my comp reconizes it, but when i go to my comp and try to open the ipod. It says error or say there isnt anything in it.
I really need help. Hopefully some apple maintenece peeps read how their products are breaking down. Since i got the ipod from a freind i dont have receipt. HELP HELP HELP
