If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Since you say you also forgot your security questions, I wonder if you just purchased this iPhone second hand. If so, it is likely Activation Locked and would therefore be of no use to you.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. -

I changed my password and i cant remember the new one. I tried some combonations but it just disabled it. I have tried recovery mode and i went to change my apple id password, but it didn't do anything. Should i go to the apple store or is there something i can do?

That means that you successfully restored the iPod and it is asking for the Apple ID and password used to set up the iPod last time. That is the Activation Lock

I am trying to access my pictures off of my old iphone, it says disabled and i don't remember my password. If I restore the device will i lose my pictures because that is what i am trying to avoid? I originally had my phone set up with itunes through the at&t store here locally so the odds of them having that same computer are probably pretty slim.... Any other options?

AlishaIt's too late. If you had been syncing your phone with that computer prior to the screen failing, it wouldn't be asking you for a passcode...

Connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If the iPod asks for the passcode and you can't enter the passcode or if you do not have the syncing computer, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode:

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan. -
I can not update several of my apps that i have purchased a while back in my Apps Store on my MacPro. Because it keeps using my old @me account for iTunes and i don't remember the password or security question, Please help?

I can't sign into iCloud because my Apple ID doesn't work there. For some reason it gave me a .mac email and I don't remember the password. Snapfish.com and eprintcenter.com are connected, so it may be that you have a snapfish.com account that you do not remember having. If you go to snapfish.com and try to log in it will give you an option that says forgot password. Snapfish will send you a temorary password. Log into snapfish.com with the temorary password and it will let you reset the password to something that you can remember easily. You will then use the email and password you used to log into snapfish.com to log into eprintcenter.com

That Apple ID is stored inside each of those applications. If you can’t get back into it, you’ll need to delete and redownload all of them, which may require repurchasing paid ones.
