My iPod is stuck in restore. the bar is full underneath the apple on my iPod but is about 97% full on my mac

i was trying to update to ios 5 but i wanted to do a restore so my ipod would have more memory too

Also I cant download the update or get out of recovery mode. I would appreciate an answer soon, I have a trip tommorow and I would like to have my iPod to listen to on they way.

It sounds like your iPad may not have restored fully. I'd recommend restoring it again with the iPad in recovery mode.

my iphone1.1.4 has stuck up at the apple logo screen with a spinning wheel behind it and restarts for regular intervals with a couple of vibrations.
i tried to restore it several times but the problem still exists.... some one please help me to solve this problem...very urgent....

There's something here that doesn't make sense. Neither of those are iPhone sync errors; both are OS X file system errors. Thus, either your Mac file system is messed up and you should run a repair on it, or your iPhone is badly messed up. Is the phone hacked, jailbroken, had installer.app put on it or unlocked? If it is none of these take both it and your computer to an Apple store to have a genius look at it. (Make an appointment first.)
If it has been hacked or modified in any way we can't help you here, both because we don't know much about hacked phones and because if we did the thread would be deleted by the moderators.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Hold Sleep/Wake button down and slide to turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug.
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

An iCloud backup will save the state of your Camera Roll at the time of the backup but, if you delete photos from the Camera Roll, they will not be in the next backup taken.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

Have you tried a safe start by holding the shift key when you boot? If that works, and it can take a while to complete, see if a regular boot now works. If it does, you need to free up space on your hard drive.
If a safe boot doesn't work, you need to either boot from an OS X DVD or go into target disk mode to connect via firewire cable to another mac to free up space on your hard drive. You need 5GB min, with 10% to 15%, or more, better, for systems usage. If you have a backup, move some data files to it, erase them and empty the trash.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

I'm having this problem now with my 2 weeks old iPhone 6+. in the beginning everything going great and managed to connect every wifi around me. Then suddenly 1 week ago, All the wifi from my office, home, hotel and coffee house saying either incorrect password or can't join the wifi. But when i switch on my hotspot from my iPhone 5 it can be connect. i also try with my friend iPhone hotspot. So is it because of hardware problem or software problem. My MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010) switches on but internal display remains off/black .There is no start-up sound and the fan starts off normal but after about Five minutes begins to run even faster as if the machine is running a heavy load.It displayed a question mark some time back then a friend borrwed it ,he flashed the system and put windows 7.Then a few days pasted and now it wont display as stated.I have tried to Reset SMC and the Command + P + R + Power but still no response.Please assist?

I think your "friend" caused a problem (or two).
I do not know what "flashed the system" means......
Based on what was done, I would probably erase the HD and restore the system from a backup before the software changes were made.
