My ipod is telling me there is not enough storage and I cannot back it up as there is not enough icloud storage. I am unable to close the message or go onto settings.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Then delete some stuff
