Sorry, unless the person who picked it up contacts you or turns it in, you will just have to use Find My iPhone to see if you can locate it.
Have you checked with the Mall Security people? How about the Police near the mall? Even if you locked it and put a message on it, if it powered off because it used up all of the battery, no one is going to see that message. It could be sitting in a lost and found somewhere.....

The songs on your Shuffle should still be in your iTunes library. That means you should just be able to connect your Nano to the same iTunes library and sync it just as you would with your Shuffle. There is no limit to the number of iPods, iPads, or iPhones you can sync to one computer, iTunes library, or account.
As for preparing the Shuffle for your husband, just restore it via iTunes and then let him sync it to his own iTunes library or if its the same iTunes library, let him configure it to sync only his content.

If you look at the feed, and look at the entry 'The end to an exciting field season in Aulavik National Park' you will see the line:

You have not closed the 'pubdate' tag - there should be a '>' as the 9th character. Because the tag has been left open, it invalidates everything which follows it, and thus the entire feed. iTunes therefore cannot read it, which is why the Store has not updated. Add the '>' and republish, and all should be well.
It's always worth checking your feed by subscribing manually, from the 'Advanced' menu, or by clicking the 'subscribe free' button on the Store page (both do the same thing) - if you can subscribe to the feed it should be OK.

- baOpenFile(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
- open moviespath (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
no things works could any body can help

If you can double-click on a file and expect it to open, then
baOpenFile
is the best option (assuming you have BuddyAPI installed).
The syntax is like this:
baOpenFile(the moviePath&"XXX.vbs","normal", FALSE)
Check out the BuddyAPI docs for more specifics on that or
what the
different parameters mean.
If you need to specify which program to open the file with,
then the
open..with.. command if best. The biggest problem with that
is that you
need to include the entire pathnames like this:
open the moviePath&"XXX.vbs" with
"c:\myProgram\cscript.exe"
Change the addresses to whatever is correct for your project.
If you
don't know the path to one or both of the programs, then you
are kind of
out of luck.

Probably a better solution would be have the previous owner check with Apple to find out what his old password was.

the ".rm" extension is created by 'Real Media' application.
The easiest way to use it is to install the 'Real Media' player:
1. RealPlayer BBC.app
2. RealPlayer 12.app
I have both installed & use them sometimes.
(The 'BBC' wersion doesn't have any adverts with-in the app.)
