Sync your iPhone to iTunes, and see if that does the trick. Also you could try a Soft Reset with no Risk to Data. Holding down both the Sleep button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears and then waiting for the Reset to bring you iPhone back to the lock screen. Are you trying to add the email at Settings>Messages>Send and Receive from (2 Addresses) your iPhone number and your email address?

I take it you are not the administrator for the site? If so, you would be given the option to unlock the page (it will be near the top of the screen in a yellow box).
Do you have access to the site outside of Contribute. If you can't unlock it via the administrative function mentioned above, you need to go into the site using Windows Explorer (if it's a local development site) or an FTP client and find a file with the same name as the page but with a .lck extension and delete it. That will unlock the page.

My ipod touch doesn't appear under devices when I plug it into the computer. My mac tried to sync with the ipod touch and then gave me the message "ipod touch could not be synced. File not found." This just suddenly started. What file? and what happened to it? help, please.

PROBLEM SOLVED - I did not know that in itunes under "devices" there is a "hide" and "show" if you mouse over the area to the right of the word "devices". My ipod touch was somehow hidden. I still do not know why I got the "file not found" message.

I am not able to use my account because it says that something went wrong with my billing info., but i do not have a credit card but it says i do. I put $15 itunes card on it today and now apple is not letting me use it.

This is the second time I have had a problem with my account. I am extremely frustrated with it. A while ago I was not able to purchase anything including free apps. At that time I had an outstanding balance. Which had been from using a visa card on my account. I was then told to purchase iTunes cards which would be able to pay it. It then automatically took of the money for the balance that it needed. So I thought okay problem solved. Then for about a month or two I was able to buy music and apps. How can I import my library that is saved on a external hard drive but it's not saved on the iTunes media folder?

I need to restore my computer to it's factory settings but I don't want to loose my playlists and my library (windows). I can copy any file from the computer because it's in good working order. All my music it's on a external hard drive, but there's lots of media files that I don't want to sync but need to keep! Any way to do that!?

Yes. But consolidate to X:\iTunes\iTunes Media.
The why I'm asking is because the music library (176gb) is way more than the computer drive (C:\). Remember that all the media is on a external hard drive (J:\)
The steps I gave earlier will work to copy the whole library onto the new drive, in the correct layout for future ease of use.

When I try to open my downloaded photos from a DVD through finder the computer says that I don't have permission to view the files.
This is something that has just happened recently.

Copy the images to your Pictures folder or Desktop and then try again.
If that doens't work, then do #6 here, (Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs)
that will set the permissions to you.

Both devices need to be on the same Apple Id. (it's the easiest)
They should appear on your iPad Photostream if your ipad is set up correctly. I find it can take a few minutes.

3. Confirm icloud account is correct
4. Tap Photostream
5. Set both Photostrema =ON

On boot up it says that firefox is already running please shut down but it is not running
