My ipod no longer syncs to my computer! I have done it before then all of asudden it stopped working.I've gone through the troubleshooting and everything and it still doesn't help.
I need help this is getting extremely frustrating.
The ipod is ot recognized by the laptop itself or itunes the ipod just charges. I have windows xp. The newest version of itunes is intalled currently. Its an ipod touch 3rd generation and im not sure what iOs it has. I have tried justpluggingit in and it didnt work. I went through all the troubleshoots and everything. I unistalled then reinstalleditunes and everything that it said to do. Then i eventually took all things apple off and reinstalled them and it still doesnt work. So i have no clue what is happening. My friend said just to reset it and I tried that too and it didnt work. Sorry if i wasted any of your time.

iTunes will not recognize my Nano 6th gen. as a device. It has been recognized in the past and iTunes does recognize my Nano 4th gen. The device connects to the Mac and charges allright. All of the functions on the Nano work but want to modify my music, I'm tired of the same songs etc.

I'm not sure if it charged when I hooked it up to my roommate's computer, but it definately didn't register either. If I put it on the dock it plays so the port is fine, but that still doesn't help me sync it to my computer. -
Have a classic 5th gen. have restored, relaoded itunes, gone through the troubleshooting tips and I still can't sync my latest 3 albums to my ipod. It will sync all but those. Also, when go through ipod trblshoot and select check for sync, says can't see my ipod. pls help
Thanks for the reply. The Itunes trouble shooting in Itunes help. I don't get an error message, it just states can't see ipod like if it wasn't plugged in. I do get an error message on a few of the songs when sync that say error 50, and state that they can't be loaded to ipod. The weird thing is that I can load all of my libary except the latest 3 albums. They are in my libary but they won't load. I'm not sure but it seems like it started when the cloud came about from amazon which is where I buy most of my music.

This evening when I opened firefox, all the tabs from my previous session were there, but all of my bookmarks and history had disappeared. I received an error message, and tried all of the troubleshooting advice on this age:

I then tried resetting firefox, and so now all my tabs and theme are gone, but still my bookmarks have not reappeared. I have tried manually creating a new profile, and copying the old files, but that doesn't work either.
My firefox is technically out of date because I have an old computer, and I know this might be part of the problem. But I really just want my bookmarks back!

How do i get the few songs in my library to be "authorized to play" when all the other ones are. I have tried doing them individually, NOT WORKING This is on my home laptop. All of the songs play on one computer but some not on the other.
Find the songs that don't work -- one at a time. Right-click on the song in iTunes and do a "Get Info" On the summary tab, look at the account name field. That's critical -- is that account authorized on your computer?

hello lisa, unfortunately this seems to be a crash that is appearing in firefox 19 on windows 8 with AMD Radeon HD 6XXX/7XXX graphics cards - developers are investigating the causes of it...

Getting reeeally sick of this happening now.. everytime it sync's itunes tells me that it does not recognize my ipod device.. or something like that..
i have re-downloaded itunes, restarted and restored everythin several times, and done everything apple support tells me to try, but it just keeps happening. this is ******* me off.. please if anybody has had the same problem and managed to fix it, tell me, because im about to freak out here..If you have also gone through the other applicable steps (and that are possible) in that article, all I can suggest is posting in one of the Category: iPod forums .

My imovie all of a sudden stopped working when I was in the middle of making a project and then all of a sudden when I tried to click on something my computer just beeped at me. I cant even exit out of the program! Or shut down my computer unless I quit imovie. Help?!?!

My ipod touch was synced with another computer that I no longer have. Will I be able to tranfer my music and videos to my new conputer without losing the items I didn't purchase from itunes.
Move or copy all the media from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.

Back in Dec I updated to the new version of Itunes. Since then, I can no longer sync my IPHONE. I have an IPOD that works fine, but the phone is not found on Itunes. I am abled to download pictures to my computer, but I can not sync my music. What can I do?

Existing Ipod No Longer Syncing
I have an older version of the ipod nano. I recently imported a cd and downloaded the free single of the week into iTunes. When I go to sync my ipod, iTunes says that my ipod is syncing and then says ipod update is complete. On my ipod it will continuously flash a red no sign and say "Do Not Disconnect" underneath, even though in iTunes it says the update is complete. I have tried ejecting my ipod and when I look under the recently added folder or music folder my new songs aren't there.
Also, after I plug in the ipod and iTunes recognizes it under devices, the only screen it gives me is the "Register Your Ipod Screen". If I try to click on "Never Register" or "Register Later" the top of iTunes says "ipod update is complete" and won't change the screen. I eventually registerd my ipod and I still can't get to the ipod summary screen.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to get iTunes to add my new songs from my computer to my ipod, and how to allow me to view my ipod summary screen?? Sorry this is so long but I jsut wanted to include some details if anyone else has had this same problem and knows what to do. THANKS!I forgot to post this info -- I just got a new laptop (Vista) and installed the latest version of itunes. I had my ipod plugged into the laptop (to see which version it required) and it was plugged in +while itunes installed+. NOW my ipod no longer syncs on my desktop. Blackberry 8330 no longer syncs on my computer
My blackberry no longer syncs on my computer. I have tried everything from taking battery out. new cords. uninstalling program and reinstalling. It works fine on my laptop as well as when I take it to a store. I have up dated all usb drivers etc. When I plug in my bb I get a ping like its connected and then another one that sounds like the diconnect pinging noise. Anybody have any ideas.
I would like to add that Comcast is my internet provider. Perhaps that is part of the issue although the Connection Doctor confirms the mail box is connecting to the internet. No other function processes when Connection Doctor program is used to find the source of the issue. I have read forum posts but am unable to find a way to get my Apple mail to be delivered to my computer. It worked fine up until I chose to transfer mail to the Cloud. My mail account is a .mac account.
Still hoping someone out there can help me.

I updated to 7.0.2 and now some of my music has been removed and I can't find it, and music I deleted years ago has reappeared, and I can't delete it from icloud. My phone will also no longer sync with my computer. My phone has also been freezing regularly since I updated.
The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!
