My ipod says my password is wrong no matter how many times I reset it. I know the password is correct but my ipod account does not reconize it. Help me!!!!
I recently changed my apple ID from my old email to my new one. When I try to purchase songs or apps, the apple ID still comes up as my old email. It will not let me log in with my password for either my old apple ID or my new apple ID. I tried to create another account with my new email but it said there was already an account with that email. When I tried to sign in with that same email, it was there was no existing account with that email. That just doesn't make sense. Please help me get this figured out!!!

I had to make this new Apple ID because I can't access my old one.
I forgot my password to my original Apple ID so I followed all the instructions on iforgot.apple.com
After I got the email confirmation saying that my password was successfully reset, I tried out my new password but it kept saying 'Your AppleID or password was entered incorrectly.'
I did this numerous times before. I even tried to get help from Apple Support through email but no matter what I did, it was useless. Please, anybody, help, I'd still like to use my old Apple ID. Version 3.6.17
Sync was an Add-on before the release of FF4 after which it was integrated into the current release, so it may behave differently.
You could maybe consider updating to the current version which is v4.0.1
To do that, click Help | About Firefox | Check For Updates and then "Apply Update".
P.S. I'm off on vacation for a month from today so I won't be able to respond again until mid-July. But I'm sure one of the other guys will be able to takeover if the problem persists. -
No matter how many times I reset my password, it will not work when trying to sign intothe App Store through my iPhone4S.
What is the error that you are seeing? Try to login using another App like GameCenter or iMessage? Also try logging in to other Apps like Facebook to check if it is your Internet connection problem.

When I am logged into iTunes and try to purchase something the window requesting I sign in to iTunes store keeps an appearing no matter how many times I enter the password (even though I'm already signed in!). Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Fix for “No Content” on iPhone & iPod after iOS 4.2.1 update
The try the standar fixes:
- Reset. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

When you gte requests to locate iTunes.msi like this, the Microsoft Installer Cleanup utility usually fixes it.
Here is a method for removal, clean up and reinstall of iTunes.

Download a fresh copy of iTunes and the stand alone version of Quicktime (the one without iTunes)

*If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry*, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.

Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.
If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did not uninstall, look out for blank entries or numeric entries that look like version numbers e.g. 7.x for Quicktime or 1.x for Bonjour.
restart your PC
Install the stand alone Quicktime and check that it works.
If it does, install iTunes.

No matter how many times I provide my Keychain Password, the pop-up window keeps coming back. Seriously annoying...I'd rather not use Keychain. Any way to just turn this crap off?

Did you go on-line and fix your billing information? You probably need to do this from iTunes on your computer, not your phone.
If you've double checked your credit card info and it still won't take it, contact your card issuer. -
When i try to update an app it says unable to download at this time. No matter how many time i do it. But then i tried to delete an app then redownload it to see if it will let me but i cant download it either it has the same error! HELP!!!
Rebooting will not make you lose any content. Rebooting is when you hold the home button and the sleep button down at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
You can these suggestions. One might work for you.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
