My iPod screen went blue?

I had replaced my iPod in 2013, due to a bad battery, and liquid damage, and I got my new one, had it for a few months, and updated to iOS 7 betas. I then went to 7.0.2, and then 7.1, after noticing some iPhone 5 apps loading like an iPhone 4s. Anyways, my battery was on a dock, and then, I get red lines on the bottom 1/4 of the screen, and blue lines on the other 3/4 then, the colours intensified, and my iPod died. There is no damage on my iPod, except a few scratches and a dent on 1 corner, that doesn't stifle use. Anyways, my iPod is a brick. My iPhone, and iPad do nothing of the sort.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

IPods screen went black but assisted touch on screen still works? What's would be wrong?? I have dropped it and the lower volume button went partly in side the IPod (thats why i had the assisted touch on) and its been working very slowly fore the last week or so. but other then that it was fine.

With the information given, If the screen is completely black even after the reset, it's sounds as a hardware issue
Could be : The battery
The charger
The phone itself
You can narrow these down one by one preferably.
-If you have an extra battery, test it.
-Try another charging cable or another outlet
If neither of those affect it, you can also wipe the phone, but that's pretty much the last last step you should do since it erases everything. Then restoring it. Time varies.
If you are still having trouble, contacting your carrier, the closest Apple Store, or the technical support line for Apple.

My screen went Blue

Im a new user to Mac and have had my mac pro for 3 weeks, tonight the screen went blue and wouldnt do anything, i had to turn it off to clear it and wondered if anyone could shed some light as to why, I cant remember if I was looking at FB or my usual footie forum.

OK, well it's possible it wasn't anything to worry about. BTW I'm in the US so I'm guessing by FB you mean Football or what we call Soccer.
As far as the updates I would recommend running Software Update about once per week. You can set your computer to do this automatically in System Preferences - Software Update and then make the change to your preference.
If you get a similar crash you should then begin using Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities- Activity Monitor) and see if any apps are using up too much RAM or if anything is taking too much % CPU. If you can't spot anything then immediately call AppleCare (number is in your manual), you have 90 days of free phone support or if you purchased AppleCare that is extended to 3 years as is your warranty.

IPod screen goes blue

Since being returned from service my iPod click wheel's screen goes blue when using the mains charger. Nothing else shows. I do not even know if it is charging. I think perhaps not. Does anyone know how to get rid of this blue screen or what causes it?

I just got back from the Genius Bar. My problem turned out to be a bad AC adapter. They swapped it out for a new one. I asked my Genius if he's seen 'blue screen' problems before. He said that this was the first time he saw a bad power supply cause the problem, but he's seen it twice before. Both times the culprit was a piece of lint or aluminum gum wrapper stuck in the 'dock adapter' (the slot on the bottom where you plug the firewire, etc). He says this can happen when people carry the iPod around in their pocket.

Please describe in detail all you have attempted to do in order to resolve the issue. Don't want to repeat what you have already tried.

a friend of mine just give it to me...   i put it on charche with the usb port on pc... it was working perfeclty, i could see the apple, than the flashing ( do not unplug )     the screen was working, the menu too. all the funcions were ok... just happen that we lost power for few hours .. the pc turned off ( i wasn't home .. and when i came back i realized that my ipod screen was    FULL WHITE...WATH I CAN DO NOW? SOMEBODY TOLD ME TO FULLY DECHARGE IT THAN PLUG IT AGAIN.. TS1365 Battery is fully charged. When I first put on my Macbook, screen went blue and nothing happened. Now, there is no fire up when I depress the start button. When I close the lid, the sleep light comes on.

Can somebody help me? When i first turned on my MacBook, it never booted up and ultimately the screen went blank. The battery is fully charged and now when I depress the start-up button, nothing happens. Its worth noting that when I close the lid, the sleep light turns on. Thank you in advance for your help.
