After being connected to a charging source overnight try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Got the ipod today but camera isnt working
got the brandnew white iPod touch today but the camera isnt working very well and i try to take a pic and it freezes...
Try rebooting. Hold down the power button until a red button with an arrow appears at the top of the screen then slide the button to the right. After the touch shuts down, press the power button to restart it.
You'd be surpised what rebooting will fix, especially when it's the 1st version of a major OS upgrade. With one version of iOS I would plug my touch in to my computer and iTunes would tell me it was corrupt and needed to be restored. Rebooting the touch would fix the problem.
If you're still having a problem after rebooting you could try restoring it.
If that doesn't fix the problem return it. -

My ipod touch camera shutter stays closed when i start the camera app. This has been happening for a while but if i reboot the ipod several times then the camera will work. I have rebooted it about 35 times now and the shutter still will not open.
If restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod does not solve the problem the I would go make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store or call AppleCare. If you look at the right-hand side of the page with your post you will find other posts with the your same problem. They are under the heading More Like This.

Hello and I need some help because earlier my wi-fi was working on iPod but later I was on youtube and then the Wi-Fi... just stops. Now it is not working. I turned it on and off 4 times and reseted it 2 times and still doesnt work. What do I do??

Ipod touch 4g, music isnt working through headphones
This problem just recently started happening. I would plug my headphones into my ipod touch, and the music plays outloud. I have tried many things, and it still doesnt work. I have tried:
~restoring
~restarting
~new headphones
~plugging headphones into old ipod (they work)
and they still dont seem to work.. Would anyone know what might be wrong?Likely a problem with the headphone jack. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store or call AppleCare. You 4g iPod is still in warranty.

I turned my ipod touch on today and I could only just see the screen display i tried adjusting the brightness but it doesn't seem to work. I have tried doing some of the things Apple have told me to do
e.g.. Restore, Restart etc.
*_But that doesnt work please help me..._*If you have gone as far as restoring the iPod Touch, Restarting, Rebooting all as you have said.
The next option will be to see hardware warranty support. If you are still within your hardware warranty you have a couple options
1. Make an appointment at local apple retail store and they can assist
2. Contact iPod Touch Support and they can assist with hardware support options covered under your manufacture warranty. -

My iPod touch front camera extremely blurry, can't focus??
My iPod touch's camera cannot focus, it takes extremely blurry pictures. I just noticed it does take very clear close-up photos, they almost look magnified. This seems like a hardware problem, because there is nothing visibly wrong with the camera or the lens, and it takes very good close up pictures. It also has been very difficult to find other people with this same problem on the internet.
Wow... that is not normal.
