My iPod touch 4G doesn't receive photos through iMessage, only typed messages. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Lately my iPod touch 4G has not been receiving photos from my wife through IMessage, when the photo is received I can see it for less than half a second, then it disappears. If I restart my iPod sete it shows up as unknown and a question mark, instead of the actual photo. I have tried reseting my iPod all the setting including network, and have tried turning off the iMessage and back on again. Other than that I don't know what else I can do, so please get back to me as soon as possible I would appreciate it.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Have yu tried the standard fixes:
- Resetting:
Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restoring the iPOd via iTunes. First from backup and if problem persists, restore to factory defaults/new iPod
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since you likely have a hardware problem -
my ipod nano 7th generation won't play anything and when i click "radio" it says to plug in headphones when they're in. Can anyone help me with this problem?
Get a flashlight and make sure there is no obstruction/dirt/debris in the Nano headphone jack. Be sure you plug the headphones all the way in, the plastic on the headset jack should be flush with the body of the Nano.

A book I purchased from itunes store downloaded OK and shows up on my PC but does not show up in ibooks on my ipod touch. I tried manually syncing and rebooting which did not help. From the pc in the itunes store the book shows up in the purchased list. From the ipod, the purchased list from the store is empty. Actually, the book does not exist when trying to search for it at the store from the ipod. I'm confused. Any solution or suggestion?
The book is in ibooks format. The extension is ".ibooks". I did delete it from itunes and download it again from the store a few times. I tried updating my ibooks app. I even sent it to the ipod through dropbox. I looked through all the settings I could find in itunes and ipod. So far no matter what I do, ibooks does not see this book.

My art work isn't matching the song on my ipod 5, can anyone help me with this problem
I have the Ipod touch 5 and my art work isn't matching the song that's being played. For example if Im listening to Jay-Z, Fantasia's art work will appear. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how did you resolve it?

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

I am using a HP laptop with windows 8. I have installed the most up to date version of itunes.
Nevermind that first part as I forgot that nothing shows up for the Nano at all in Device Manager,

Actually, if I read the release announcement correctly, it is available on "new" purchases." So even if you had a 5 from before the announcement, I'm not sure you would qualify.

It sounds like the repeat setting has been enabled. See page 21 of your iPod's User Guide for instructions on turning it off.

Can someone help me solve this problem? My phone is not receiving emails. I have two accounts set up, my work and my personal emails; neither one is receiving any mail. What can I do to fix it?
ThanksI purchased this phone in December of 2010. It has worked perfecty since then. I recently deleted a GMail account that I was not using a couple of weeks ago. Since this morning my phone has not received any emails. I have just deleted both of my email accounts and will attempt to set them up as new accounts to see if this will rectify the problem. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Try restarting the device first..
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

ThanksThanks for that, on the sync via iTunes, when my iphone is connected to iTunes via USB my photos tab says my iphone but I can never see any pics there. If I press Sync it still doesn't show anything.
Correction from my original post, it only comes up with PhotoStream on my computer when I'm connected via USB.
