My ipod touch 4g got disconnected when restoring
its frozen completly on the restoring screen. there is no way to restore it again because itunes and the pc is not finding it. the home button also doesnt work.
Try placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restore via iTunes for recovery mode:

If the Home button is really broken, try placing in recovery mode using this program.

Ipod touch 5th generation disconnecting when syncing music
My iPod keeps disconnecting and reconnecting halfway through manually syncing music, losing all the progress in the process. I've managed to sync about 300 songs so far by doing them in small amounts at a time, but it is trying to sync the artwork for the songs all at once and it keeps freezing and then disconnecting partway through the process.
It started around the time I updated my iOS, but my brother says he has similar problems with his iPhone and he has an older generation. I've tried using a powered usb hub but that hasn't fixed it. I'm reasonably confident it's not the cable because my brother isn't using the same cable (mine is a lightning cable and his isn't).- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reboot the computer
- Try another cable.
- Try another USB port
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic. -

For how to restore:
iTunes: Restoring iOS software
To restore from backup see:
iOS: How to back up
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store -
Got a black screen on the iPod Touch 4th Generation. Tried restoring it and holding the lock and hold buttons but this didnt work. Do i need a brand new screen?
If you successfully restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem. Could be the screen or something else.

TS3694 iPod touch gets error -1303 when attempting to restore after update (W7)
iPod touch gets error -1303 when attempting to restore after update (W7). This error is not shown anywhere in the specific list. Have done all recommended recovery methods (reboot, update iTunes, restart iPod) to no avail. What is next?
Usually the 1303 error is in regards to a corrupted or missing backup of your iPod Touch. Try removing or moving the backups to another location and then try to restore your iPod once again.

I recently bought an iPod Touch from the US, when I was living there. I am now in India, and my iPod seems to be frozen -- the slider won't slide. So far, I've updated my iTunes and reset and restored the Touch. The problem with the simple solution: there's no Genius bar in India.
Any idea what I can do?Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

my ipod touch 5 generation 16gb wont restore on itunes and sometimes it says that an error has accord (4013)
Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.
Check for hardware issues
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the alert when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

My Ipod Touch is disabled and when I connect to Itunes to recover it, it states that itiTunes could not connect to the iPod touch “iPod touch” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPod touch before it can recover.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

My ipod touch 4G got problem after update to iOS 6, it can not access the Apps store ,can not access safari, map, weather and so on, could someone help me to solve the problem, thanks in advance~~~
Force close the App Store app and reset the iPad. No data will be lost when you reset the device.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Keeping text together (on a single line) in pages 09
I apologize if a solution for this has been posted... I am having trouble keeping certain pieces of text constrained to one line. They are invariably pieces of text containing symbols. For instance, let's say S/N shows up as the last word on a line.
