I havent touched my Iphone 4s in ages (about a month). I came back to it the other day. I forgot the password, so naturally it disabled it and is telling me to connect to iTunes. In the meantime, i had got a new computer and didnt back up the itunes files (because im an idiot). So now when i connect it to iTunes it tells me to verify it on the phone, but i cant get in there because it is disabled. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO FIX IT!! Just updated my iPad it shut off and now say connect to iTunes and when I connect it it says restore ipad hit that button and says that it can't restore

when I connect the USB plug into the computer it tells me iphone is in recovery mode you need to unlock before connecting to iTunes then when it say restore and update it does it for like 10-15 min then it turns on the phone then I have to do it all over again
