My iPod Touch's color is opposite (Red = Green, etc)

My iPod Touch (generation 1) has switched to a color wheel opposite color scheme. The green battery icon is now red. Yellow is purple, etc. I dont think its the White on Black issue other people have. I had my friend show me what White on Black looks like and that's not it. Plus, I dont have a Accessability option under Settings > General.
Has it just finally gotten too old?

There is not settings to change. You can only select on the preview screen where on the photos exposure (as well as focus) should be based.
What type of natural/ambient lighting is on the subject? that can affect the color balance.
Does it take OK phtos in noral light where flash is required?
You can try:

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store and discuss it with them

Will Apple iPod Touch Screen Color Change? Will there be a white screen version soon? Since the apple iPod touch accessories are mostly white, it would be nice to have a white screen instead of a black screen to go with that; especially around the Christmas holidays. Many people are expecting to purchase them as presents for their families and friends. So i have purchased my Ipod Touch 5 through apple. The thing is, i do not know why a red long line appeared on my screen all of the sudden. It has not fallen at all so i was just wondering if there is the possibility of sending my ipod into apple and getting another one since i have warranty.

Why can't I get the iPod Touch in color with 16 GB?

Hi! Happy Thanksgiving. So I really want to get the iPod touch 5th Generation for christmas/birthday (they're pretty close to eachother) however the one I want, which is the pink one, is about 70 $ more than the black one. After searching around for a little bit, I discovered that it's because the colored iPods have 32 GB as the lowest option, while the back one has 16 GB as the lowest. I would be perfectly happy with 16 GB considering the price reduction, but I really only want it in the color. So, why IS it that the colors don't come in a lower option on GB? Thanks!

IPod Touch Calendar Colors?

Hey guys,
I have a problem with my iPod Touch Calendar.
When I add something on my Calendar, the color is always (standard) blue.
With MobileMe you can chose between multiple colors, but I don't want MobileMe.
I don't use iCal, or anything other electronic Calendar, I'm completely new with this. But I really would like to use this.
So is there a way to chose multiple colors with the Calendar without using MobileMe?
Maybe a free application?

*If you only have 1 Calender to have any other color but Blue. You will need to create a second Calender. And thus it will give you a new color in the iPhone.
I got about 10 calenders in my iphone, each a different color. And the color is based on what the Calender is like

IPod Touch built-in smart playlists (Top 25,etc.) disappeared off of it although it's still on iTunes

I synced my ipod the day before, and everything was still intact. Today, I synced it again for more music, and it suddenly removed my smart playlists off my ipod touch. No, I did not change or mess with any settings or anything of that sort, and I even tried rebooting it and restarting iTunes. Please help me if this has ever happened to you!! Apple Support is being a butt and wants me to buy a freaking plan for one time and removed the personal asking them for support questions button. Thank you!

Right click on the playlists in question on your PC. Click 'duplicate' and it will create a new folder ie. recently added # 1. Sync and the new playlist should appear. Not ideal I know but at least you get your playlist back.

Can an iphone4 be used on a wifi connection like an iPod touch with out phone service? Apps etc?

Yes it can be used as an iPod without cellular service but using WiFi when needed. I recommend, however, that you keep your Sim card even after it is no longer active either on the iPhone or stored somewhere, as you would need it to be there if you need to re-activate the iPhone after a restore, should you ever need to do one.

Blu-ray build: no video (solid red, green, etc image)

Hey everyone,
If this problem has already been addressed, could someone please point me in the right direction? I searched and didn't find anything similar, but wasn't too sure what to search for.
My problem: Everytime I build a blu-ray project in Encore, I am getting the same result; the video will play (according to the progress bar on the player), but the image is always a solid color, sometimes it's red, green, tan, black, apparently just random, but always the same color throughout the entire video.
I have tried so many different things at this point, I'm at a loss for how to proceed further. I've tried this with at least three different projects, all of which were created in Premiere. I have attempted both the dynamic link from Premiere to Encore and exporting the video first and importing into Encore later. I have tried transcoding as .264 and MPEG2 (I am not very knowledgeable about the settings, so I use the defaults). I have tried building the project in Encore as a blu-ray folder and as an ISO. I have burned to discs and played just the digital files on my PC.
The video always plays fine up until after it is exported from Encore (that is, it previews fine in Premiere, exported video from Premiere plays fine in players like VLC, and the video previews fine in Encore).And I have no trouble building DVDs in Encore with the same video, timeline, and all that jazz.
The only thing I haven't done yet is gone to the trouble of trying to reinstall Encore, which will be my next step if noone here has any suggestions. I am running CS6 with all recent updates. I have been testing the blu-ray playback in PowerDVD and a PS3.
Like I mentioned above, I'm not very proficient in video. If I left out important details, just let me know. Thanks in advance for any help!

When I play the m2ts file, it works fine in VLC and also in PowerDVD. That's interesting, but I'm not sure what that means?
If the actual m2ts file from the Encore build does not show the problem, but what I assume is the same file on disk (or in iso) shows the problem, what could cause such a problem? (I don't know.) The more frequent oddity is a problem on burned disk and not on iso or folder, which points to the burner, burn speed, or media. But that does not appear to be the issue here.
I can't find the example at the moment, but try creating a tiny bluray project and see if the problem occurs. If so, you can upload it for me to take a look.
For example, one menu with one button, linked to a 30 second timeline, using a sample of your material that is causing the problem. If that shows the problem, I would also try a bars and tones sample to eliminat your actual video - although I assume your video is part of the equation.

Which iPod touch 5G color should I buy, red or black?

I am really having a hard time choosing the color because I have grown into the black color around the screen, and that only comes with the black. But I really like the red backing, and if I get that I will have a hard time growing into the white surrounding. Which color should I get?

I had already tried different usb ports and it didn't seem to make a difference, however I've just plugged it into the mains again now (but a different wall socket) and the battery indicator is showing! It is still red, and I'm going to keep it plugged in until it is fully charged, so as yet I don't know if my computer will see it. I have tried to switch it on again, but it won't - I'll try again when the battery has charged a bit.
I wonder if there is not enough power from my computer to charge from empty and this is the problem. Last night when I plugged it into the wall I was using an extension lead which shared the power between my iPod and bedside lamp, whereas now the only thing plugged in is the ipod. Perhaps this is an issue for you also?

My iPod touch 5 has been restarting(red striped screen) and IPods wifi keeps dropping

So every now and then my ipod freezes, before turning off completely, the screen turns mostly red with black stripes. Sometimes i can make out images in the background. It shuts off after about 20 seconds since the red screen appears, then it restarts. Sometimes I'm lucky and it'll let me enjoy Netflix for 40 minutes before restarting. When my ipod constantly restarting is not the issue, my ipod starts dropping my wifi connection, my Xbox and PS3 remain connected so its most likely my ipod, regardless of the distance my ipod and my router. There's days when the wifi disconnects and reconnects within seconds, most days I have to enter settings>wifi and reconnect to my router manually despite it being a known network... Help!

How do I delete Vertical color stripes (pink-red-green) on desktop screen - 6 of them. Anybody have the same problem? Other Mac groups have same problem.

Unfortunately, they aren't something to be "deleted." Might be a hardware/graphics chip problem. You should run the Hardware Test in Extended. Might have to run it several times to pick up an error.

How do I darken the darkest red, green etc, in Options- Content- Colors

I am bothered by glare and adjust browser colors for high contrast on a dark background. Black is boring after a while so I trade off to dark Green or Blue or Red etc.
In IE 9 through 'Internet Options' I can choose a background color and then darken it using the 'Define Custom Color' feature.

Firefox 4.0 'Options'-->'Content'-->'Colors' continues the Mozilla policy of freezing the color chart to the default choices so I cannot darken the darkest available non-black choices. I have been unable to find an add-on that doesn't require changing the color intensity on individual web pages rather than systemically.

Here's the result, using Peggy's suggestion:
Process:
Click on the thin strip of red to the left of the title ("THE THOMPSONS") to select the background.
You'll see the small x in each corner, indicating the object is locked.
Go Arrange > Unlock (or press option-command-L) to unlock the object.
Click on the Fill Color well in the format bar, and choose a new colour from the palette.
Go Arrange > Lock (or press command-L to re-lock the object.
Save the result.
