My ipod touch will not detect any wifi signals but others devices such as my laptops; do connect without a problem. I restored my ipod and updated it and still no wifi signals are being detected.
Go to your ipod touch wireless settings chose your network and right beside there is button looks like ">" click on that check the dhcp what IP are you getting? do you get any ip? if you do your ipod touch should work with wireless no problem. My iPad (first generation iOS5.1.1.1) quit connecting to my home WiFi recently after years of being able to. All other devices in my home connect fine. I have taken every step I can find to try and remedy things including restoring my iPad to factory settings. Still nothing - when it tries to connect to my network it just spins. I took my iPad to work and it connected to the WiFi there just fine. Came back home, no good. After talking with my local Mac supplier they've suggested that maybe my router is the cause. I've unplugged it several times for lengths of up to an hour but that still isn't getting things working again. Any ideas?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

It Just Happened Recently, As Soon As I Plug In My HeadPhones, It Stops Playing. When I Select A Song, It Seems Like Its Going To Play, But Returns To The Home Screen. But When I Take The HeadPhones Out, And Play A Song, It Plays Like It Use To, Im Really Confused.

My iPod touch will not play any sound or audio
I was listening to music, and my speakers made a weird high pitched sound and now i cant hear any sounds or audio. I can go on music and click play but it will not work, neither will any other kind of sound! it wont work with headphones on either. I tried restarting it numerous times, and i left it off overnight hoping that it would come back. I talked to a guy at apple and he said to do a backup, and that didnt work either! hoping someone can help, thanks
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My Ipad doesn't connect to wifi while all other devices are connected.
My iPad doesn't connect to wifi anymore while all other devices in the same network are connected including iPod.
iPad was connected this morning, but quit connecting since this afternoon.
It tries to connect, but everytime connects, it disconnect within a second, and it keep doing the same thing.
This is the first time ever I see this problem since I started using this iPad.
What happened to my iPad??Some things to try first:

Ipod touch will not add any video.
After updating itunes to the newest version whatever it is right now. I can no longer add any videos, movies, or tv shows. I never had a problem with it before. i even have the newest ipod. The ipod 5 generation. anyone have any suggestions

You could try this:
Apple menu / System Preferences / Network.
Here select Wi-Fi on the left, and click the Assist me... button on the bottom, then click Assistant.
Follow the directions on the screen. -

Why won't it sync? Are you getting any sort of error message during the sync process? If so what is the exact wording of that error message? If this the computer you normally sync the iPod with?
