my ipod was on charge on my pc and i turned the pc off, and now my ipod will not come back on.

I've seen that happen sometimes. For me, pressing the lock button to lock it, and then pressing the home button to get to the lock screen reverts it back. If that doesn't work, just move your brightness slider lower and then higher again.

You can try putting it in bag with rice for about 4 or 5 days and the try to turn it on. The rice will help the drying of the iPhone. Do not attempt to turn it until you take it out of the rice.
If it does not work after the rice, then you know you have to replace the iPhone. This is very likely so after 30 seconds in a hot tub, but do give the rice a try. If you can get a hold of some silica crystals, a better drying agent than rice, that would be good too. -

I just did a software update on my phone (finally) last night and now my phone will not come on. It keeps showing the charger pointing up to a blue circle with iTunes inside and will not go any further. Can ANYONE help me please???The phone is in restore mode and the picture is telling you what to do. Connect the phone, by cable, to iTunes in the computer you normally use for syncing, and retore the phone.

That usually means your phone is locked to a different phone carrier than the one you're trying to use.
YOu would need to conact the carrier the phone is locked to and see if they can unlock it for you. ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to is authorized to unlock it. -
please help, my ipad mini is gone into to recovery mode after updating to iOS8.1 and even though I restored it through iTunes it still will not come out of recovery mode
Try a Reboot press & hold menu button & power button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you will not lose any data. But you may need to do this more than once. I never use PCs for software upgrades or downloads I always use wifi had no problems with iOS 8.1 B sydd

While syncing my Iphone the computer turned off and now Itunes doesnt read the connection. A message appears that I have plugged in my camera on my pc.I have gone through turning every thing off and on and re installing Itunes but still no luck. Any suggestions?
If iTunes cannot see your iPhone.
First, try soft-resetting your iPhone. Press and hold sleep/wake and home button, ignore the slide bar - keep pressing.
When you see the Apple logon, let go. When the phone has restarted, plug into PC. Will iTunes see iPhone now?
If not, you'll have to do a DFU restore - please note that this will wipe everything on your iPhone. If you have a recent backup (iTunes does this by default), then you're in luck and you can restore everything back.
If not, then...hmm well... Oh bum. Maybe you have an iCloud backup? I haven't tried this so I can't comment.

Lastnight I was just playing away on my iPod and next thing it just went off, it was fully charged and everything. Now it won't come back on and when I plug it into the wall the apple logo just keeps flashing on and off. I have tried to reset it by pressing the on and off button and home button but nothing. How can I get it working again.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have an older iPod touch that streams my iTunes with iTunes match. My iPhone 4s used to stream as well. Since updating my iPhone I can no longer stream to my phone. Is there a way to back date my operating system on my iPhone so I can stream again or is there an update coming to enable streaming in the near future?

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time? -
HT4061 Downloaded the latest update and now the phone will not come on?
I just downloadedf the latest update but my phone only shows the itunes symbol with an arrow and a plug gigure below it when I hit the power button.

I just put in a new C drive and now my pictures will not come up in Bridge and CS3.
Most of my pictures are .nef and now they open very tiny, not big at all. What am I doing wrong???

On your phone: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. Should take but a minute & the phone will look just like it did when first taken out of the box.
